Waffle House — Restaurant in Biloxi

My husband and I ate at this Waffle House last night and we enjoyed our dining experience so much! First, everyone, greeted us, and they were genuinely happy that we were there, not the “canned” Waffle House greeting! Our waitress, Wanda, was so sweet and prompt with our drink order and kept my husband’s hot coffee coming, which made him so happy! I have extreme food allergies and she made sure that the chef, King, was on top of that and our food was perfect! When we left, everyone wished us a Happy New Year, and we had a lovely conversation with King outside the restaurant. We felt more like family, than customers and although we live in Long Beach, we will be driving to Biloxi to eat at this Waffle House, from now on because of this experience!...

My husband & I was going home in Gulfport, from HardRock, & was hungry. So we headed to our regular Waffle House stop on Pass Rd. We decided to go to unit #0232 on Beach Blvd in Biloxi instead & so glad we did. 1st off the waitresses, Rose, Micky, Netta, & Brandy were all so nice & friendly. When I got my regular, the fiesta omelet, it tasted great, different than any other visit at any other, & we go at least once a month. Caleb did outstanding job cooking! My spouse ordered a patty melt, the meat was bad. It had a weird smell, but the harsh browns were great and the pecan waffle was good. Our server was sweet, the gentleman that cooked my spouses patty melt was nice & Professional, this is why I give them a a 2 star. However the other server didn't know that fresh lemonade is tart not thick and thick in texture and attempt to indicate that our complaints of the food/drink ordered was an attempt to get food for free. Unfortunately, the other problems were the dirty facility and that the grill was not cleaned between meals. There was only 3 employees, 2 other customers, and my spouse and myself.
