We are so grateful to have worked with Roberts Floral and Gifts when planning a floral arrangement for a funeral. Both Laura and her assistant really took time to listen and go through multiple options as we tried to figure out what we were looking for. I was too impatient and ordered from a non-local business to have some flowers delivered to a loved one who just hurt themselves- this was 3 days ago- being charged twice by this online big name florist hub and no flowers, I instantly regretted not just waiting until the morning and calling Roberts Floral like I usually do when I order for people in Bismarck. Looking at the flowers that my sister-in-law ordered for my fathers funeral and it is absolutely nothing like the picture she ordered from on their website. This first picture is what she said she ordered and the second picture is what we got. Do you see an angel in the second photo of flowers? I don’t !!!!
