Update: They have since then 86 me and 2 other regulars for liking or commenting on my post that I also shared on their FB page! Which was deleted. What they need to do is accept & absorb any feedback given and make positive changes! That was wrong and unprofessional of them to do in my opinion. Original post: I've been a regular here for many years and have a lot of respect for many of the employees. However, this place has gotten so bad! Their facility is absolutely disgusting especially the restrooms! I've gone to management about throw up in the sink, urine all over the toilet etc.. I hardly ever see anything get wiped down! Their daily drawings have become a joke, grand drawings aren't even worth it. People put thousands of dollars in during their promotion period only to spin and land on a $100 wedge off their grand drawing wheel. You pay/play to earn points, you pay/use those points for entries sometimes then you pay/1099 again during tax season for little drawing winnings like $10,$15,$25 etc that add up and get taxed for it! Your more likely to get a jackpot if you play max bet here which btw locks up your machine on anything over $100. Wait times vary, the longest I've ever had to wait to get paid was over an hour! Ridiculous! People may frown upon this post but its the truth. I'm choosing not to gamble here anymore. A choice I should've made a long time ago! I'll be valued as a customer elsewhere and actually enjoy extra perks that the other casinos have to offer. I'm over using my points for 2 meals a day or for a ridiculous amount for entries or a...

I have went to the wild card for over 15 years. Buy my honest opinion is it's very dated the 100 dollar lock up jackpots are extremely annoying and it takes the personal Way too long to pay them out.the games are very dated ...and it gives off a retirement home vibe.the bathrooms are disgusting and most of the staff is very unfriendly. But it's a great place to go if you wanna lose some money. Don't get me wrong people do win if you spend 5.00 dollars a spin. The food is okay. There isn't alot of room to move around and their in house spin the wheel and drawing are a joke. It's like going to Disney Land with your kids and finding out all of the rides are all broken. It is also extremely dirty there is always trash on or around the machines and people flick their cigarettes on the floor...Well that's it...please don't think I'm being a male Karen or whatever people refer to whiny snivel #$%^ now days I'm just answering a question. This could be a great place. I had a good time, enjoyed the food and atmosphere but I have witnessed an experienced one staff member in particular be extremely rude and unprofessional I'm not sure what kind of reputation they're trying to get and I'm not sure that it matters to this particular employee but you would think if you hated being in customer relations you would find a different kind of job instead of being rude, unprofessional and bitter towards customers. Really just uncalled for. The rest of the staff is pleasantly nice, helpful and supportive. I am going to find the individuals name and report it to upper management. I understand some days may be unpleasant , but seeing this females actions more than one occasion, to other people as well as my own negative interactions with this individual. I don't even want to...
