Staff Will Discriminate Against You
They do not care about you, and make sure things add up at checkout.
Frequent mistakes at check out, like almost every interaction. The promotions aren't given out and then staff claims there was when the online order doesn't match the promotions on the receipt. If the counter isn't messing up change their messing up on the computer at checkout. It's happening at almost every visit now whether with me or another customer it's happening to all of us.
It's wild to have selected an item for 38.50 on the online order then to see you were charged 47 dollars on the final receipt. Whats crazier is listening to the excuses given as to why greengood employees feels it was a fair transaction, despite the order and the receipt not matching up again. This is not the first time I've had an order picked up and discovered the promotions weren't applied by greengood staff during a promotion.
I've been shorted on change and they've given the wrong change demanding I immediately call the person who picked it up to turn around immediately. I've had staff use multiple lowest point redemption when asking for the highest reward point redemption. Order's at times haven't been fully completed yet was notified the full order was ready for pick up, have to directly ask for the best price at checkout, floor supervisor is highly aggressive will not address mistakes the staff is making, the staff makes every excuse to not be accountable for their actions.
Not to be taken seriously, as the staff feels they're better people over their customers. It's pretty indignant to keep having errors by greengood employees at checkout repeatedly, over and over again.
It's literally the soup kitchen from Seinfeld expect the soups Campbell's. You get whatever the guy behind the counter feels like giving you and if you say anything.

To Greengoods response, greengoods marketed a promotion to me that greengood was running on their website. I placed the order and picked up during the promotion. Greengood employees refused to apply the promotion and began to tell me they gave me the promotion which they did not when I called greengoods after reviewing the receipt. Again in the response to this review. As anyone can see in the picture they did not apply the promotion they were running to my order. It's's extremely clear the promotion was still running at the time of order and pick up to the individual responding to this review. This individual responding for greengoods is literally saying sorry but the order is complete and we have your money hence the soup kitchen reference.
By the way the order was placed the night of October 22nd and picked up the afternoon of October 23rd while the promotion was still running on the website.

The silver haze was no we’re near terrific especially considering it’s over 20% high ThC content the Og kush and some aqothers were amazing and were 16% to 18% it now says 20% the other green wrapped container is potent as well the haze comes in the red can but it’s good if your ok with only a lite buzz medicine $60bucks bad deal . any ways pretty great place for medicin for your conditions maby not strong enough to treat you fully yet and that’s diapointing if you are not a fan of those 75%THC cartridges vapes or edibles that are definitely not for beginners and can be very scary. Aall in all I like were this is heading but mid flower is ashame when you pay so much could it be lack of leader ship in the industry. But it’s unacceptable. Good place to go tho , you know somewhat what your getting I say this because the thc content is way off and way low compared to medical dispensary’s out of state I’m talking for example 15% a strain will say in This Minnesota based dispensary you look up another institution and the same flower say 24% or higher 28% THC content major discrepancies!!! At this rate I’m willing to work and find better growing solutions but this place is such a beautiful flower place but like the guy who grows his own and say u get what I give u have a blessed day thanks for listening

Read moreI placed an order earlier in the day to pick up after work. The first available pick up time was 5:45pm - 6pm. I hit submit on the order and for some reason the webpage refreshed with out submitting, so I hit submit again and it went through. 20 minutes later I checked on the order and I saw that it was marked as ready, but the pick up time had been changed to 6:30-6:45. So I figured I'd stop by on my way home from work as it's on the way and see if I could just pick it up. I get there and hand over my ID. The person working the front let me in. There were 4 customers in front of me and 3 people working behind the counter. The people in front of me get called up pretty quickly and leave, leaving me and another customer who was a walk-in left waiting. The people working the counter laughed and chatted for a few minutes with no indication that they were going to call my name. I waited a few more minutes and still nothing. So I decided to just go ask about it. Two of the workers were energetic ladies talking with each other, so I went to the person who wasn't engaged in conversation. Unfortunately that was a fat unhappy person named Jack. I told him about the time change and just asked if I could pick up the order if it was ready. One of the ladies didn't want to help, and Jack reluctantly said he'll check on the order. It was right behind them....ready.... So he's ringing me up and I ask if they get notified when someone checks in. He replied with yes. I asked him why I hadn't been called up and he said that if you're outside .5 hrs of your pickup time they make you wait. So I said, 'even if there is no one here?' And then comes the attitude.
