OfficeMax — Attraction in Blaine

Entered the store and right away was confronted it by a female employee asking what I needed. I told her I'm looking for a rubber stamps. Specifically do it yourself rubber stamps. She did not do it as I expected which would have been to direct me off the top of her head where rubber stamps might be located. However she proceeded to look up rubber stamps on her phone and told me and no uncertain terms that they had no rubber stamps. Finding this very hard to believe I explained to her that I had purchased rubber stamp kits in the past and I didn't think she knew what she was doing. I then walked into the store and I'm about the Third aisle,just by chance there were shelves of rubber stamp stuff. She must have then told her boss or supervisor or whoever the other person was and he came over after I had already found the rubberr stamps and proceeded to show me what I had already found. Our stationer gave us a link so that we could create our signs online. The website was a little confusing regarding the use of foam core board for the signs and unfortunately as it was not spelled out on the website, I mistakenly had all of our signage done in just poster board which would most definitely not hold up to sitting on easels all day. The staff at the store on 105th in Blaine was great with processing our refund and reordering it mounted to the foam core. They were super fast with all this reprocessing and even wrapped our signs individually so they wouldn’t get damaged between picking them up and being transported to the venue. I went into the store to print a file from my USB. I was able to do that with assistance from someone in the print center. He was nice and helpful. However, there were NO store associates wearing masks or gloves. I find this very surprising and quite disrespectful as I always wear my mask to protect others. The fact that I didn't see any masks tells me that they are opting to not care about their customers. While the restrictions have somewhat been lifted, it's a bit disturbing that they didn't take steps to protect their employees and their customers.
