Had my wedding cake made by IMU catering and not only did they deliver it one day early such that I had to have my venue coordinator store it in her fridge but also it was missing some of the details I wanted (having gold fondant ribbon on each tier) and it had a huge crease in the back on the fondant due to shoddy work which could've easily been smoothed out when it was being made.
