My son wanted to propose to his girlfriend using a Victorian era pearl ring that had been in our family for generations. Before sending it off across the country I entrusted the ring to Mike to clean and give it the once over. He checked the overall condition of the ring and recommended replacing the band that had worn thin. In addition to the new band I asked that he replace the mismatched accent diamonds.

We are beyond happy with the results; the ring is stunning and my son and his now fiance/bride are "obsessed" with the ring! We definitely would recommend Michael Calico Jewelers!

An important side note: I initially told Mike there was no rush on the ring, but when circumstances suddenly changed due to the rapidly deteriorating health of a close family member, Mike went out of his way to ensure my son received the ring in time to make everything official so the aunt/godmother could share in the joy before she passed. We are all forever grateful for his kindness and compassion in addition to his excellent work....

I really like that there is a local jeweler here in Blue Ash . I was very impressed with the customer service from the people at Taylor Healey. The owner, Taylor, was super empathetic to the importance of a silver chain/necklace my grandma had gotten me that broke . I could have purchased a new one that was more durable but Taylor could sense I was reluctant to do that. He was very adamant that he could fix it and it was reassuring the direction my heart wanted to go.
