I rarely make it a point to leave reviews, unless I am exceptionally impressed and want everyone else to know about a place! Me and my (soon to be) fiancée were very impressed with Diamonds Rock. The store itself is absolutely beautiful and instantly puts you in the mood to start dreaming of forever! We were greeted immediately by Mike who was extremely friendly and personable. We had visited a few other jewelers and the one that we had just came from before coming to Diamonds Rock left us in a weird mood because the jeweler didn’t seem to be knowledgeable nor excited or like they truly cared. So it didn’t feel like an exciting milestone experience. That quickly changed entering Diamonds Rock, especially them offering us a beverage to enjoy while we browsed (I love champagne!). Mike was extremely friendly and helpful. I came in knowing to the T what I wanted and he immediately brought me 2-3 different rings to try on that fit the description.

One of the biggest things I appreciated the most is the inventory they had. Everywhere we had previously looked only had a very small (if not just one ring) selection of the type of ring (which was Oval in yellow gold, nothing crazy) I was looking for so I wasn’t even able to try something close to what I had envisioned which was disappointing and made me nervous not being able to see a ring physically on my hand (versus just an image on the computer). However, Diamonds Rock had EVERYTHING. Anything I said I may have liked there they were pulling out a ring to try on. Many different bands, carat sizes, cuts, color grades etc. And anything I said I liked that they didn’t have exactly in shop, they ensured me they could customize, no problem. Which made me feel confident I would get exactly what I was looking for.

Mike and Kathy were extremely helpful and made this the best experience out of all the places we visited. We spent just as much time chatting it up and talking about the history of our relationship as we did looking for rings. We felt they truly cared about us as customers and guiding us and loved what they do. The second me and my boyfriend got in the car we looked at each other like “we are definitely getting the ring from here!” We even joked about inviting Mike to our wedding! Lol

My Fiancé and myself began our journey of looking for the perfect ring together and had stopped at a few jewelry stores without success. My fiancé had a general idea what she wanted but was up to me to get whatever I wanted for her. Thats when we made a stop at Diamonds Rock. Instantly Kathy greeted us both with a smile and with the upmost professionalism. We should Kathy a few pictures and then she walked us to the cases that were filled with beautiful rings. First, the best part Kathy was not aggressive in selling us anything and in fact took her time and educated us on the diamonds and bands. Kathy showed us a band that was perfect and different options for diamonds. We spent an hour with her and my fiancé was so happy. When leaving Kathy said if we had any questions to call or text her. I knew when we left we had found the perfect ring. I sent Kathy a text and she made the entire process stress free and exciting. I told her exactly what I wanted for my fiancé and she delivered. I couldn’t have been more excited. On April 18th I proposed and my fiancé absolutely loved the ring and every day gets compliments on how beautiful it is. I would recommend Diamonds Rock to anyone and Kathy was incredible to work with. Thank you Kathy for such a pleasant experience and we will return for any jewelry...
