Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Blue Ash

Wow so I’m sitting here now at this location and was told they couldn’t serve me I guess they are all butt hurt because the guy in the photo thought I was trying to get free fries last time I was here and accused me of it so I walked out and said keep my money and food and then came back when a manager was on duty the next day and they made it right but apparently can’t serve me any longer ... long story short do not what ever you do go to this location the employees are rude and if they forget something on your order and u wait politely tell them there missing something they accuse u of not paying for it I have been coming here for months twice a week and well now the service has gone down the drain never ever eat here I will be posting pictures of the lack of service they provide here and how gross it is in...

Went there on Friday to pick up a order that I called in ordered a regular steak and cheese with onion and light banana pepper when I got to the restaurant and paid for the food my order was wrong they had given me a wrong sandwich Friday I called him right back to explain that I got the wrong sandwich and they said that they would make it on Monday and give me a credit went to the store to redeem the credit on Monday and still didn't get the right sandwich there was no onion on it I would have thought that they would at least gave me a cookie or a small fry or something to compensate the inconvenience of driving all the way over there Friday for nothing did not get no lunch and then today the sandwich was not right not very happy and probably...

Usually friendly service served up with REALLY hot sandwiches. Seriously; you've got to let the grilled sandwiches cool before biting in to them, they're hot.

This Blue Ash location on Kenwood road occasionally has issues with staffing, which leads to the dining area not as clean as it could be after lunch and dinner rushes. I also advise against getting the tea; especially the sweet tea. I have frequently found it has fermented in the tank.

The sandwiches and lemonade are top notch, however. The fries are pretty good too. No low calorie nonsense here. All the sandwiches are full of tasty stuff that fills you up. No, the artichoke sandwich isn't low calorie. Where do you think that rich buttery flavor comes...
