I often frequent Qdoba at other locations in Greater Cincinnati. All wonderful. I literally only get a burrito of black beans and white rice. Nothing else at all because of allergies. The other locations find a way to charge less than full price because the burrito is smaller than my very small hand and is simply black beans and white rice. The Manager here at Blue Ash charged me a full priced vegetable burrito. When I questioned it, she said there is no way to fix it and (sorry about my luck but I must pay full price). She said she doesn't eat meat either and no location gives you a discount.....which I told her was not true....every single Qdoba I've ever been to has and every single Chipotle I have ever been to has. So, I just paid over $11 for a very tiny black bean and white rice burrito and a bag of chips. My comment for Qdoba from a High School Teacher who has to watch every dime,I could have gotten 3 of my meals at Chipotle for the same price! Well overpriced for what I received and hard to believe you can only charge for full burritos when it's literally just black beans and rice. You can see the size of the burrito in the picture attached and I have very small hands. The extra star is only because the bag of chips was full (albeit a bit greasier than the other locations). I also attached a picture of my burrito on a single napkin next to my Rewards card for perspective. I literally just paid more for this than a full sit down meal at some nice restaurants! I may have to rethink eating here because the quantity certainly doesn't match that price!

I only gave 2 stars because I was shorted on my catering order. So I have been really sick since Tuesday night and everyone that knows me knows that every year I throw a Cinco de Mayo party for my kids and their friends and make lots of different Mexican foods, drinks, snacks, etc. but I didn't have the energy and I am not 100% back to normal yet. 😪 I catered food from QDOBA tried them for the 1st time, the food was good but I was really disappointed. The food was supposed to feed 10 people but as you can see in the pics, I got shorted on the steak and the black beans? There is no way that would have fed 10 people unless I gave everyone 1/2 scoop of beans and a couple pieces of steak. For almost $200.00, I should have been given the correct portions. 😔

This place was awesome pre covid. So I took my wife yesterday and it was so disappointing this time around. It looked like they barely took a knife to my green pepper, pictures included. Knives are allowed to be used at Qdoba, yes? Anyway, i will probably try again, but my wife, this was her first time there and probably her last.

Love the food here, but will not be back. The woman who is the general manager is the absolute worst ever. I’ve been at this location probably 25 times and every time I deal with her it is an absolute nightmare. It’s the rude and condescending remarks every time that get me. That being said, everyone else there is polite, cheerful and in a happy mood….makes the customers feel that way as well (that is when she’s not there). It literally feels like you’re in detention or the principal’s office when she is there. Everything is met with a smart a**, condescending remark that just makes your skin crawl. The nice woman on the line gave me extra sauce in a cup and this woman (the GM) literally halted production to embarrass the employee for giving me extra and then got an attitude with me and tried to charge me for it after giving me my total. She then proceeded to inspect my food bag like a TSA agent. I feel bad for the employees there. I’ve managed and run ups stores for over 17 years and this woman is by far the greatest example of what a manger should NOT be. Chipotle it is for this family of 6...

I’m usually a chipotle kind of girl but I wanted to try this out instead. I place an order for pick up at 12:15. I walk in at 12:15 exactly and my order wasn’t not ready. There were 3 people in front of me waiting for their online orders as well. One guy had been there since 11:55 and his pick up was at 12 and he was still waiting. The staff was super rude and ignored all of us waiting in line. The staff only took care of the people walking in and not any of the carry out orders. While I was there 3 other people that walked in for online orders as well and were still not acknowledged. I was waiting there for about 15 minutes then finally they started my order. There were enough staff but this location was obviously poorly managed because they had no one on carry out. The staff did not apologize nor offer any coupons for my wait. The guy that came in before me still did not have his pick up when I got my food. How is that fair? Chipotle has its own carry out staff so maybe take some notes qdobe. I will never come back to this place. Worst customer service I ever have...
