Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Blue Ash

Ordered a carryout pizza online today evening (6/19). Reached the store 20 mins later expecting to pay pickup and leave. But they check looking up my name on the computer & said it's not ready. They asked me to pay and I asked will it take long, they said it's coming right out. I paid and mentioned again that my name is already showing on their screen as ready at 7.29pm (it was 7:35 already) on their screen but they said someone most have accidentally "punched it into the system as ready". So I sat and waited.

20 mins later, during which i received no updates, I go up and ask the same guy whats going on and he asks for my name again but nothing. Then he asks me what I ordered. And then he pulls out a pizza that's been ready over 20 mins ago before I got there. "So you're the mystery guy" he say handing me my pizza before looking away!!! No apology or anything. When I reminded him I've been waiting 20 mins for this at their store, I get a curt sorry about that before he turns around again.

I am a very patient guy so it's not usually frustrating that I might have to wait 20 mins (50 if you count when it was ordered) while they get my pizza ready if they are behind schedule. But what IS frustrating is being made to wait when the pizza was there along AND I HAVE TO BE THERE ONE TO FOLLOW UP!

If they were able to charge me the exact amount, how can I be the mystery guy when it comes to...

If I could give this place no stars I would. I ordered 4 pizzas for my crew I had working on 11-16-18 and put in the special directions to call when arrived. Once the driver arrived he called but did not speak English at all. I tried my best to try and make the delivery as easy as possible and the driver began to scream at me over the phone when again I was trying my best to understand what he was saying so I could walk to him. The driver eventually drove back to the store with my pizzas and another driver came back to deliver the food which by the way was almost 1.5 hours since I had placed the order. I was very disappointed to find out that my pizzas were cold and very disgusting but I just bit the bullet and told my crew to be thankful for what we got. I wouldn't reccomend this place at all and will be taking my money elsewhere when I want to feed my co workers again. Pizza Hut please fix this issue so this doesn't happen to...

This Pizza Hut is absolutely ridiculous. They mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. Whether it's something small or something big. First they put the wrong sauce on my pizza. So they give me account credit. My next few orders, I wanted buffalo drizzle on my pizza for a dinner box. They forgot it so I received another credit towards my next order. My next order I placed with some friends for a large dinner box (using my credit they gave me for messing up another order), only for them to forget the ranch for the wings, the marinara for the bread sticks and no sauce drizzle on the pizza once again. The food was cold & disgusting, I lost my appetite when I took a bite. I will never be ordering from this Pizza Hut store again.
