The Rug Gallery — Attraction in Blue Ash

Update on below review: Beau called and we worked the entire situation out and I appreciate that they were so willing to resolve the problem. The inability to contact him was unintentional and once on the phone, we were able to figure out a solution. Working with the staff at the Rug Gallery was fine but the seams in the carpet didn't match up. The Rug Gallery did fix some of the seams but we were still left with a mismatched seam to live with. The biggest disappointment however was when our contractor who recommended them (and has many times before this experience) was not able to get a hold of the owners to discuss the problem. They wouldn't reply to voicemails or emails. As a business owner myself, I can't imagine ignoring clients (yet alone clients who refer business). STOP LOOKING ONLINE AND GO HERE! Make sure you stop here before purchasing a rug for your home and ask for Cathy! I looked all over the place (Crate & Barrel, Restoration Hardware, Williams Sonoma Home, Pottery Barn, etc.) and couldn't find anything that I liked that was also good quality once I saw it in person. My mom suggested that I stop in The Rug Gallery and told me specifically to ask for Cathy because she has helped her so many times in the past. Cathy was such a pleasure to work with. She listened to me and showed me products in my budget that she thought would work from what I had told her. I was able to take 3 rugs home to see how they looked in my home before purchasing. Where else can you do that without a paying a restocking fee or freight charges? Save yourself a lot a time and frustration and just start here when you're ready to...

I went to the store not knowing what to expect. The receptionist called a salesperson, Cathy, and she was very helpful. I told her what color I was looking for and she showed me several hanging rugs. She offered to put them on the floor so I could get a better idea of the size and colors. I couldn't decide that day so I said I would be back. I returned a week later but could not remember the lady's name, Cathy, that helped me. The receptionist called out all the the salesperson until Cathy appeared. I remembered her face and she remembered me. She preceded to show me the rugs we had previously viewed, I chose a rug and she called some to load it in my car.
