Boy, was I nervous to get my rings resized. My husband and I picked this set out in FL. I’ve had it resized, once (2021, in FL), unfortunately opted not to get it resized again. It felt like the ring wasn’t actually….resized. So I figured, I’d just deal with the rings constantly rotating around my finger, and flying across the room when I throw my hands in the air. lol
Eventually I just got tired of dealing with the rings, trying to keep my middle and pinky finger as closely attached to my ring finger so it doesn’t fly off..To the point where I just didn’t want to wear my rings. I was afraid I’d lose them if I was ever out and about. Did a little research and saw nothing but 5 star reviews @ Two Jewelers. I have never seen a business, with 5 stars across the board, no negative reviews. This is the first. So I figured, what could go wrong..today’s the day, let’s get these rings resized! Called to make sure they had availability for me to come in and drop off the rings - Justin answered & said “ come on in! “. I was there in 10 mins. Justin welcomed me in. He checked the current size of my rings - 6. We checked what my current ring finger size is - 5. But I opted to get it resized to 5.25. Why you ask? Welllll, sometimes if I have too much salt intake, my fingers swell. If/when that happens, I don’t want to struggle with taking my rings off. 5.25 felt comfortable enough for me & def felt like it wasn’t going to go flying off. Left those bad boys with them & off to work they go! Came back 1.5 hrs later and bam. My goodness, it fits like a glove! Not only that, I was so surprised that they cleaned it. She was bright. She was sparkling. She felt new. She was PERFECT.
So - back to their reviews. 5 stars all around, no negative reviews. I’ll be damned, I see why. Something Justin said to me, before I left my rings with them to get resized. He said “ I want you to tell me, when you pick up these rings, that you are comfortable with them. If not, please let us know. “ To be honest, I’ve never had any business be so adamant on me expressing my feelings/thoughts. I’ve dealt with businesses whom would ask how I felt, AFTER a bad encounter.

Read moreGene and Justin you just made a customer for life! I needed to get my watch band sized on my new Citizen watch. After I made the mistake of going to a "big box" jewelry store who tried to YouTube how to size my watch band the "big box" store referred me to the professionals at Two Jewelers! My experience was amazing! Right away they knew exactly what to do and how to resize the band which involved cutting the band. Not only does it fit perfectly it also looks like they never cut it. Gene and Justin quoted me a price of $5 to size my watch band which at the "big box" jeweler they quoted me $10 per link! Gene and Justin were super friendly and told me about how they started the business and how they have been friends since elementary school! Once again super great experience it was refreshing to walk in and talk straight to the owners! Thanks again guys!
Update 3 Weeks Later: So I went back to Two Jewelers today to get my rubber watch band replaced with a metal one I ordered online. Justin switched it out in under 5 minutes and it fits perfect! Like I said in a previous post I will keep coming back to these guys for all my Jeweler needs. Great job guys and keep up the good work.
Update: Engraving!
Justin and Gene wow again!
I was working on a dice enclosure pocket watch project for my Dungeons & Dragons group and wanted to add a special engraving to them. I called around to different trophy stores getting quotes on engraving! Then I thought "I wonder if the Two Jewelers do engraving?" I called and talked to Gene and he said they did engraving and they could do pocket watches. I took them to Two Jewelers and gave Justin the watches and told him what design and words. Justin said it would be about a week and sure enough after a week Gene called and said they were ready! I think they turned out great! I will still be coming back anytime I have jewelry or engraving needs! Great job...

So I took my engagement ring to Kay Jewelers, where Brad purchased it, to have both bands resized and sautered together. 5 weeks later I get the phone call to pick it up so I go to Kays and left without a ring-that’s a whole different story. Brad was able to get the ring the next day and immediately noticed the ring wasn’t right. All three rings, engagement ring and two bands were all three different sizes, they weren’t fully sautered together, and none of them were aligned.
Fast forward to today, I decided to bypass Kay’s and take a chance on a local jeweler. Brooke Todd Fouts took me to Two Jewelers to see her friend Justin Sheldon. Justin completely disassembled the rings and noticed they were all different sizes. Justin resized all of them so they fit me and matched, he also tightened 8 diamonds that could have fallen out at any time. Justin then noticed that I had a diamond missing and replaced it. (Kay’s assured me they replaced that diamond before sautering the rings together-clearly that was a lie.) Then Justin replated it and cleaned it beyond recognition.
To say I’m ecstatic at the results is an understatement.
Yes, I have the warranty at Kay’s but will I take it to anywhere but Justin at Two Jewelers again? Hell. No.
Justin-thank you so much! Thank you for paying such close attention to detail and giving my rings a new life. It’s beyond perfect. Thank...
