I am excited and happy to leave this review! This was my first order with GLAKratom and I am ecstatic on all points! The first thing that happened was that I placed my order at around midnight on Sunday and had an email before I woke up containing a tracking number for my order. Unfortunately, USPS dropped the ball a little bit, but when I msgd them to tell them, they immediately over compensated with $10 to use on my next order to make it right. Their email communication and customer service demeanor is 5 star all the way and their scales definitely tip in favor of the customer. I can't say enough good things. I have a somewhat serious, old, cervical spine injury from a job site years ago, as well as nerve damage in both arms, and one leg. On top of that, I've dealt with mental health issues for my entire life. I abused a large variety of substances trying to quiet this stuff for decades, but kratom eventually replaced all of them. The key to that is: It has to be good kratom. There are literally hundreds of imposter shops around the KC metro. Hell, I've worked for some. The bottom line is: Since I started buying my kratom from GLA there has never been a need to shop around. I have a bit to say here so, well, I ordered online and well 5 stars speaks for itself. Prices are better than reasonable, still cheaper to order with priority mail with a 95 dollar product than it is to go anywhere else. The product is the freshest I ever had and I've got 4 years of it under my belt. Steven helped me out and responded to my text message, very helpful and kind.
