I was skeptical at first due to little information but then once I stared the process of speaking to the “concierge” who answered all the questions, schedule the appointment I started gaining confidence. The day of the surgery the day of the process the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, make you feel comfortable and do a good job of asking your expectations and drawing the hairline. They make you as comfortable as possible .. the procedure went smooth everyone was super positive and professional. They do a good job of explaining instructions and following up with after concerns and questions .. I have nothing bad to say. The only concern if mine is i thought i was going to need more grafts from the consultation and what I thought . But the day of they decided on 3000 grafts becuase they said my native hair was still good .. I believe the hairline is perfect im just skeptical about the crown we only transplanted 1200 in that area and I’m hoping Finasteride and minoxidil do enough to give it density .. only time I’ll tell but the whole experience was professional and I would do it again if I had to.. Dr. batu and Ali made me feel like they knew what they were doing so in just going to trust the process .. transplant date...

From the moment I walked in the door I was treated as a friend with optimal attention. During my surgery all up until my last day I went to the clinic to wash my hair for the first time after surgery I was already family. Fruela and his team of technical surgeons and doctors did everything possible to make my stay as welcoming and made sure all my needs and expectations were met. Fruela did a great jib walking me through the process gave my the confidence and trust to proceed. The two female medical professionals treated my head/hair with care as the were extracting the grafts and making sure I was comfortable and ok at the same time. My surgical tech implanting the grafts was very concentrated in making sure each follicle went to its right place giving me symmetry and volume on my hair line. Everyone was overwhelmingly nice and humble I cant express how comfortable they all made me feel. I know I could have gone to Turkey for cheaper price but honestly I would do it over with them all over again. If you don't want to travel far this is the place for you! Unlimited grafts for under 7K and its a job well done. Looking forward to seeing my results and when I visit FL again I will be paying them a visit...
