Heavenly Puppies — Attraction in Boca Raton

I don’t even know WHERE to start. First, I met Kevin. He was calm, collective, knowledgeable. He knew my concerns before I even expressed them. He comforted me amid my worries of being a first time dog owner (esp. of a puppy)! Second, I met Nicole who was an absolute sweetheart and took care of my dog-to-be. She brushed him (and the other pups) every day and gave him the TLC that puppies deserve. (I was on vacation and they watched him for me for a whole week before I took him home to NY)! They were EXTREMELY accommodating and didn’t hesitate at all- they offered before I inquired about the possibility that they watch him for me before I headed home (since the hotel didn’t permit animals). Then, I met Julia who also had a deep love for dogs. She was taking care of all the little puppies roaming around. Lastly, I met Kim, and he was PHENOMENALl! He truly knew each puppy on a personal level (their personality needs/wants) and gave special attention and care to each of them. He seemed particularly specialized in puppy/dog vet care and he answered all my obnoxious medical questions (since I work in healthcare for humans lol). These puppies were ALL pad trained. (You don’t see that anywhre else). I had zero success finding a reputable place in NY and as seeing as I vacation to FL almost every year, it occurred to me to do my research and look in FL. I wasn’t anticipating to get a pup there, BUT I am so relieved that I did because I now have this incredible babyboy, Toby. He’s a toy poodle and he is the SMARTEST and SWEETEST little thing. And the staff at HeavenlyPuppies has consistently checked up on him (and me haha) since bringing him home (something else you don’t see much of anymore). After spending two years on the frontlines for COVID, my doctor recommended I get a dog (I grew up with two poodles who belong to my parents), so this is MY first dog (and I was excited and NERVOUS). Toby is the most affectionate dog I’ve ever met, alert to everything and everyone and does these silly head rolls to look all around him. I’m in LOVE with him. AND YES, he is happy AND healthy and they will give you medical documentation, vaccine history AND vet visit certification x2! You HAVE to get your dog here… I promise you will thank me later. I even met a couple on my plane ride home who got their two dogs from them and they are happy, healthy and thriving. I’m very happy with my new puppy. He is a Maltese, and his name is Whisper. I’ve been wanting a dog for a really long time, and I’ve been looking at shelters and online. Sometimes, I felt overwhelmed with the opinions and information online, and I remembered I stopped by Heavenly Puppies a long time ago when I was interested in teacups, but wasn’t at a position to purchase one. The dogs were absolutely adorable and they made a forever good impression on me. When I finally got into a position that I was ready for a puppy, I came in and I was very happy about how clean the place is, and it doesn’t even smell like dogs 🐶! The owner was there the first time I visited and his sons were there when I visited after. The family is super friendly and professional and most importantly, I felt like they really care about the puppies and know what they are doing. The puppies are well cared for, have a feeding schedule, play around running with one another and spend time with interested clients in a designated area. After visiting this store, I visited another one my friend wanted me to go to and was traumatized watching how that store kept their puppies in a glass by themselves, constantly spraying the store and selling all kinds of stuff along with the puppies. Heavenly puppies is a store that specializes in puppies, and although I ended up not getting a teacup, I’m very happy with my new family addition and he is small enough (2months) for me to train him and enjoy his baby phase. I got a first grooming for free and health exam and certificate. They do a really great job in providing the documentation and breeder information and I even have his family tree. With so much information out there, I really appreciate being able to trust someone for this huge decision and knowing the puppy comes from a well established place. I did see Maltese puppies a little cheaper online and I knew I would pay for my puppy because I wanted a specific puppy and young, but online I would not know where my puppy came from or his personality. I spent time with my puppy and came back a few times before finalizing it. Just brought my new puppy home from Heavenly Puppies on October 7, 2022. The owner Kevin and his manager Nicole are special people! They make sure that you and your new pet form a bond before they will agree to allow you to take him or her home! If I had not established a relationship with my new male toy poodle they would not have allowed me to purchase him/her. Very particular as to whom they allow to purchase their puppies! Upon the sales agreement I was given all applicable paperwork showing my puppy was certified AKC, vet documents showing what vaccines my puppy had and a complimentary first visit with the vet as well as his/her first grooming. I was also given at no charge feeding & water dishes, food, treats, toys, chews, harness and leash. All puppies come microchipped and my little guy was pad trained. It took a day or two but he has finally come around and is using his placed pads to go on. Kevin said I would be thanking him within a week if not sooner and he was correct! My little guy and I have already bonded to the point where he follows me everywhere like a shadow. He sleeps with me every night and lasts the entire night until morning before he has to relieve himself on the pads. It's also the time when I get waken up with kisses and love. All of their puppies onsite are uncaged and roaming free, playing with each other and you get to see them in a environment as you would at home! Nicole, the office manager made sure to spend a lot of time with me going over everything from first vet visits to grooming to feeding habits. Nicole called me at home on Sunday to make sure everything was going well and my little boy was doing great. How many businesses do that? I am so glad I found Heavenly Puppies and my new best little friend there. Do not go anywhere else when looking for a healthy, happy puppy! I am glad I took the time to drive from Palm Beach Gardens down to Boca Raton to check them out. You should do the same!
