Went here for my 44th birthday. Haven’t actually ever visited this one, just took out side dishes once years ago. This was a last minute pick as it was poring outside and we were starving. For a sat night it was packed. Noise level was high. We sat within 5 min right in the middle table. Not prime location, but it was fine. We got menus fast, but our waitress would disappear a lot and not return for awhile. When we finally ordered, kids got the tenders and pepperoni pizza. My hub got 3 Asada Tacos and for app we got the lettuce wraps. I got the Shanghai Noodles, I believe they were called…. The kids food came fast. Then our meals came a bit after. Hubs tacos were tiny, and more like a 2 bite appetizer, not a meal. Came with undercooked rice and beans. The tacos were fabulous but for $20 it’s not enough food. And the rice was inedible and strangely undercooked. Beans were just blah. He was able to change that out for fries though. My noodles were way to spicy even though I told our waitress NO spicy please. It took forever to tell her because she disappeared fur another 10 min. 2nd time around my noodles were better. All this while our lettuce wraps never came out. Once that was resolved with my noodles they ended up comping us the lettuce wraps. Those lettuce wraps are excellent though. Overall for a birthday experience it was lacking, but food overall there is very good. Total bill with tip was $81 for a family of 4. Not cheap. But service and noise level was not to my liking. Service needs to be worked on for sure. I will say 1 thing though, our waitress was very friendly. I would def come here for lunch again maybe but not on the weekend for dinner, it’s just too packed.

A really great burger, really. I didn't think I would end up with such high regard for Yard House. We stopped in the other day, hoping for a good burger. I had asked a few people that day what was one of the best burgers in Palm beach, and actually no one said Yard House. But it was convenient to stop in as we were in Mizner already, so that was the plan. We stopped in on a afternoon weekday and grabbed a couple seats at the bar. This is usually our move as service is often faster at the bar. Sure enough we were approached immediately for what we would like. I got a margarita without thinking twice.(perfect considering the hot sun we had just evaded). The long and short, it was just what the Florida heat had needed, it was great. We then perused the burgers. They had a few good options, we settled on splitting the Black Truffle Burger and pepper Jack burger. But not before we ordered from what was suggested, the Poke nachos from the happy hour menu. When they came out we knew we got a steal, as they were only a few dollars discounted from the HH special. And wow, they tasted great. the few jalapeno spices were fresh and really added to the intense flavor of the tuna and chips. We were still hungry when the burgers came out. I dug in immediately. The beef was juicy good, grilled just right. Both were great, but in the end I preferred the truffle burger. I added tomatoes and pickles on top, and the combination was just what I was hoping. I'm glad to say I found a great burger spot that hadn't been mentioned to me in those terms before. And the good news, it's kinda convenient too.

My friend and I enjoyed cocktails, appetizers, & dinner at Yard House on Feb 20th, 2025. We sat at the bar for the atmosphere, loving the late 80's/early 90's playlist. Out bartender, Emily, was amazing. She was friendly, quick, and efficient. Best of all, she knows her drinks! We told her what kinds of drinks we tend to like, and she recommended options to us. She even modified some of the specialty cocktails to better suit our tastes. The results were delicious! I got a spicy margarita rimmed with tajin, and a smoked old fashioned, and loved them both. My friend got a cocktail with dragonfruit (maybe a margarita? I can't remember) and it was as tasty as it was beautiful. Some of the best cocktails I've had. The food was great, too. We had the crispy Brussels sprouts appetizer, which was the perfect combo of savory with a little kick of spice. I was having trouble deciding among entree options, and went with Emily's recommendation of a burger, and was glad I did. Best burger I've had in years. Stop by, sit at the bar, and hope you get Emily as your bartender!

🌟 Yard House – A Fantastic 1 Star Experience. "Come for the beer list, stay because your food never arrived." 🍺🕰️🍽️

Oh Yard House… where the yard is long, the wait is longer, and the disappointment is aged to perfection. 😮‍💨

We walked in full of hope, dreams, and hunger. We walked out with trust issues, low blood sugar, and a deep respect for granola bars. 💔🍫

The menu? 47 pages long. I thought I was reading the unabridged novel version of “War and Pizza.” By page 6, I forgot what hunger felt like and started looking up the plot of the menu on SparkNotes. 📚🤯

The server greeted us with the energy of someone who just got broken up with via Post-it note. 😐💔 When I asked if the “Korean BBQ Wings” were spicy, he blinked twice and said, “They have sauce.” Inspiring. 🔥🍗

Our drinks took 25 minutes. Which was great, because I love staring deeply into the abyss of my empty coaster and contemplating my life choices. 🥲🥃 One margarita tasted like melted lime chapstick. The other one might have had tequila. Hard to tell through the flavor of disappointment and sadness. 🍋😵

Then came the entrees, and by "came," I mean "never showed up." We watched three birthdays, two breakups, and what appeared to be a corporate hostage negotiation happen at surrounding tables, while ours sat untouched like a shrine to hunger. 🧎‍♂️🕯️

Eventually, our food arrived—lukewarm and confused, like it had been in an Uber Eats car that took a tour of the Everglades first. 🐊🚗🍴 The burger? Dry enough to double as a foot exfoliator. The fries? Sad, limp little potato slivers that tasted like Monday's leftovers. 🍟💀

And the ambiance? Loud enough to simulate a rock concert in a blender. 🎸🔊 I couldn’t hear myself chew, which, in hindsight, was a blessing.

💸 Total damage: $80 for the emotional rollercoaster of a mid-tier food court that thinks it's Coachella.

✨Final Thoughts: If you enjoy being spiritually tested, emotionally drained, and financially humbled… Yard House has a yard and a half waiting for you. Would I return? Only if I lose a bet or develop amnesia. 🤷‍♂️🧠

⭐ 1 glittering star—for the bathroom, which was clean and had a mirror I used to practice my "I’m fine" face. 🪞😐🧼

Bon appétit and good luck,...

My recent dining experience at Yard House New American was nothing short of fantastic, and I gladly give it a well-deserved five-star rating! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the vibrant and inviting ambiance.

Their appetizers are a perfect way to start the culinary journey. I absolutely loved their truffle fries, crispy calamari, and the classic onion ring tower. Each dish was prepared to perfection and left me eagerly anticipating the main course.

Speaking of the main course, the options were plentiful and diverse, making it tough to choose just one. I finally settled on the New York steak, and it was cooked precisely to my liking—tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. My dining companions raved about their choices too, which included the jambalaya, grilled salmon, and a delightful vegan pasta dish.

What impressed me the most was the thoughtful selection of craft beers and cocktails. Yard House boasts an impressive lineup of beers on tap from various local and international breweries, making it a paradise for beer enthusiasts. The bartender's creativity in mixing cocktails was evident in every sip. I tried their signature mule, and it was absolutely refreshing.

The service at Yard House was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, which made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. Our server went the extra mile to ensure our needs were met, and it truly made us feel welcome.

The restaurant's ambiance is fantastic—modern, trendy, and comfortable. The combination of dim lighting and vibrant colors created a cozy yet energetic atmosphere, perfect for both intimate dinners and group gatherings.

Overall, Yard House New American exceeded my expectations in every way. The delicious food, wide selection of beverages, excellent service, and inviting ambiance make it a standout restaurant...

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service & Rude Staff

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at YardHouse was so bad that I feel compelled to share. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was abysmal. Every employee we encountered seemed burned out and uninterested in providing even basic hospitality.

We started the night by asking our waiter about happy hour specials, and he assured us we had made it in time. Based on his confirmation, we ordered multiple drinks, assuming they were at the happy hour price. However, when the bill arrived, we were charged full price. When we brought this up to the manager, Roy, his response was shockingly rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing the clear miscommunication, he simply stated that "tonight is not happy hour," showing no concern that his employee had misinformed us.

Adding to the frustration, our waiter forgot multiple items throughout the night. The most ridiculous delay was a side of fries that we waited nearly two hours for—only receiving them as we were boxing up our food to leave. On top of that, when I accidentally spilled a ginger ale, not a single employee acknowledged it or offered assistance, despite it being quite loud and obvious. I had to clean it up myself with whatever napkins I had.

To his credit, our waiter did apologize at the end and even suggested we take the cost of the incorrect happy hour charges out of his tip. While I appreciate his acknowledgment, it shouldn’t have come to that in the first place. Between the dismissive management, the inattentive service, and the complete lack of hospitality, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. We will not...
