This place is beautifully decorated, very artsy and great ambiance. However, my expectations diminished when the manager addressed an order that was incorrectly put in by the staff by pulling out the plate from my husband while he was eating. Let me explain, as we sat down, our waiter explained the menu since we’ve never been here and then told us about the Monday margarita specials even though it was Sunday. We didn’t say anything, we left it as that because we weren’t going to drink anyway. Our waiter took our orders and when the food came out we noticed my husband’s meal was incorrect. He ordered one taco, since he’d already eaten at home. They brought out an entire meal with two tacos and a side. We didn’t want to be charged for something we did not order so we flagged down our waitress. She proceeded to say that she will get someone to help us for the wrong order… (making us feel like we ordered incorrectly) and left. It was about 6-8 minutes later and my husband started to eat his one taco, when the manager came around and said he heard there was a problem with our order. We explained, he said okay I’ll adjust your bill and then said I’m going to take this plate if that’s ok. It’s ok, we said and he slid the plate out from my husbands area and left. I had to quickly grab a saucer dish and slide it over to my husband as you know their tacos are saucy and drips. This left us feeling bad. Here’s what I would have done… in customer service you address the customer for any mistakes made by being sincere, saying sorry; we got the order wrong. You walk with a replacement dish if you are taking away a dish and ask if everyone is ok before walking off. And just an FYI, they automatically charge an 18% gratuity which we had no idea about until the bill came. Which made it clear as to why there isn’t good customer service, why the manager wasn’t sincere and why they made as feel that way. There’s no...

Let me begin by saying: I have seen sunsets over the Grand Canyon, I have witnessed a double rainbow after a hurricane, and I have tasted a Costco sample on an empty stomach—yet NOTHING prepared me for the life-altering experience of this Carne Asada burrito.
This burrito wasn’t just food. It was a religious awakening wrapped in a tortilla. When I bit into it, I swear I heard a mariachi band playing somewhere in the distance while angels sprinkled cilantro over my head. My fiancé, meanwhile, was across the table silently weeping tears of joy over her Carne Asada tacos. She looked at me and whispered, “This… this is better than our engagement.” (I pretended to be offended, but honestly, she wasn’t wrong.)
And then… the hot sauce. My God, the hot sauce. This wasn’t sauce—it was liquid poetry. It was like someone captured the very essence of “flavor” and bottled it. Each drop made me question every condiment I’ve ever used in my life. Ketchup? Mustard? Soy sauce? Mere amateurs. This hot sauce alone could end wars, unite nations, and probably reboot my Wi-Fi router.
Now let’s talk about Jullia. Imagine if Mary Poppins and Wonder Woman opened a restaurant together—Jullia would be running the show. She was prompt, kind, and somehow managed to make us feel like royalty and best friends at the same time. If there were an Olympic event for service, she would bring home the gold medal, the torch, and probably the stadium.
The drinks? Smooth. Refreshing. The kind of drinks that whisper, “Yes, you deserve to order another burrito… maybe three.”
In conclusion: this wasn’t just a meal. This was a full-blown experience. If you have not yet eaten here, I can only assume you don’t like joy, laughter, or...
