Downtown Boca Raton — Local services in Boca Raton

Boca Raton downtown is a small, limited area. There r some nice restaurants. Few nice buildings but not a whole lot of shopping or anything interesting. Mizner Park is a disaster. Constantly shops n restaurants r closing. New ones open but they dont last long either. Just recently, another big store is gone, Z Gallery. Royal Palm is a bit better but not so much. Boca is a very small city almost like a neighborhood. Majority of the residents r retirees. They usually dont care about too much shopping but more so they r into eating especially Italian food n steak🤣🤣🤣. There r lots of restaurants in Boca but good ones r also only a few. There r dime a dozen below average places. Some of the sports r popular too like tennis n pickle ball. Water sports r more for the younger generation. Boca is a wealthy city. Homes r over priced most r definitely not worth to buy. Especially, nowadays due to the new condo repair rules that State of FL enforces, the amount of assessments r skyrocketing. Im talking close to $100k for a 1500sqf, 2 bedroom condo built in the mid to late 80's. Its a disaster. Right now neither Boca nor 95% of FL is not a place to invest. Boca also has lots of old, divorced geesers n young women trying to capture them for a better life n future for themselves. To be very honest, Boca is a very boring place, but the only thing good about it as the downtown in the area. That’s the only place where teenagers could hang out and eat something or do something fun. It’s beautiful during the sunset time and there’s a beach close by.
