Heaven Scent Flowers — Attraction in Bonita Springs

I called to place an order with a request for a Blue Jay to be added to a plant. I requested a plant that I had seen on the website and the gentlemen on the phone (Craig) asked if there was a significance to the bird or that particular plant because the plant was very large and the bird was very small. I explained that there was significance to the bird; that it was a symbol that reminded us of my Dad and it held sentimental value to my family. Craig said that he felt there was a better plant that may showcase the bird and a nicer display for my intended purpose. He described the Bonsai plant to me, the pot it was in, and how the birds would look (he said the Blue Jay should have a companion bird and not be just one), it sounded perfect so I placed the order. I am so very pleased with my experience with Heaven Scent! It is always a bit nerve wracking to order and send an arrangement that you never get to lay eyes on, and living in another state adds another layer to a flower delivery that you just can’t control by not being able to visit the shop in person. My situation was unique - my aunt lost her husband and celebrated her birthday weeks later. I wanted to send a bouquet to bring her some color and happiness… but I am also a college student with a tight budget. Heaven Scent has reasonable minimums (unlike some of the other shops local to the area) and were happy to work with me to create something that was just as I had hoped for - stunningly beautiful and not at all resemblant of a lower budget arrangement. Their customer service was outstanding, whoever I spoke to over the phone was very pleasant and nailed my request. Yesterday, March 18th was a "big birthday" for me. I was notified that a "gorgeous, unusually large floral arrangement had been delivered to our lobby. What I discovered was an awesome, huge, gigantic urn filled with Anthuriums, hydrangeas, lilies, and many other flowers and colored greenery that I had never seen before. This was a gift from my children and grandchildren who ordered the arrangement yesterday morning. We needed a strong person to carry it to the elevator and bring it into our condo.
