Me and my kids have been going to the 4th of July celebration since my kids were really young. They entered the ice cream, watermelon, and hot dog eating contests year after year. The kids looked forward to all the kids activities the water slide and bounce houses the train that went around. This year no bounce houses no activities for kids no train nothing. Last year in 2021 two of my kids had kids and they were looking forward to bring their kids to the 4th of July celebrations for years. This year I brought my daughter and her eighth months old granddaughter not that she could have done much but we were disappointed that all the kids activities are gone. Now we will be looking for another 4th of July...

We went to a 5 hour concert that was a lot of fun at the bandshell last weekend. Throughout the year they have a lot of concerts on the stage and most of them are free. There is some limited seating but like most people we bring our beach chairs that we always have in out trunks, In season there are concerts every weekend and some during the week. The park is easy to get to and there is a lot of free parking although it is scattered around the park. There is a small museum, a kids play area and kayak rentals as the park borders the river on the North end. Several restaurants nearby. Sculptures and a few cabins that are art shops are...

Easy to love this very open and beautiful park. Highly accessible with copious nearby overflow parking for events. If you're reading my review wondering if you should attend Art Fest here, my recommendation is to absolutely do so. We truly enjoyed our visit this weekend. I am firmly of the opinion that similar events in Fort Myers and Cape Coral pale in comparison to this one. The park is a much better venue than what is used for hosting in those sister cities. Fort Myers and Cape Coral events are a parking nightmare and feel totally claustrophobic versus the lovely...

Beautiful down town park with restaurants close by. There's also a play ground for kid about 100yd away at depo park across the railroad track. This place host many events throughout the year from music to taste of bonita, then they usually host a Halloween and a Christmas even at this nice down town park! This down town hidden gem Has lots to offer. There's even a out door church that uses the area on Sunday morning for there service. Oh and one last thing it's a great place to sit and watch the 4th of July parade roll by.

This park in the center of Bonita Springs is a great place to go for the many concerts and festivals throughout the year. The band shell is the centerpiece. From the Bonita Blues Festival to art shows and Independence Day Fireworks, our family has always had a great time. There are clean restrooms and some nearby restaurants. If you are there, be sure to check out the row of artist's "huts" at the north end of the park, along the promenade. Hours of the different artists is variable, but some are usually open during events.
