SUPERCUTS — Attraction in Bonita Springs

Pros: open on Sundays and they do give a great cut.

Cons: VERY rushed, turn and burn service. I felt like an inconvenience for confirming that ‘yes’ I booked a shampoo and wanted more than just a basic trim. The haircut took all of 5 minutes and when I was handed a mirror to inspect it I said that it looked healthier, but asked for some layers. I was told there already was a layer. Clearly I was wanting more than I was currently seeing, but it didn’t seem to matter because it was time for the next client. (The client ahead of me ran 10 min over, so my time was cut 10 min short to catch up).

I actually cried in my car afterwards. As a mom of 2 I rarely get any “me” time, and this was how I got to spend it. I had to leave with my hair wet (and shirt wet) and was too embarrassed to go do my planned grocery trip at Publix next door. Seems when I booked online I didn’t scroll down far enough on their website to find the button that ‘included a blowdry’ (which was my fault) but very disappointing that they couldn’t at least take a second to dry the water marks off of my shirt.

Absolutely the worst haircut that I have ever had! I requested a “haircut but not short “. Then the woman showed me the clippers with an attachment. I Tolbert a bigger one and then indicated with my forefinger and thumb the attachment size which was a little shorter than an inch. She then went to the back of my head and never changed the attachment! She pressed against the back of my head and I said “I don’t want it short! But obviously the few swipes I knew she couldn’t change at that point. However, because she didn’t have me directly facing the mirror, I didn’t realize how short she cut my hair. My hair was approximately 5-5 inches ontop and about an inch over my ears if just combed straight down. On the sides of my head is slightly more than 1/4 inch!!!! Horrible!!!! I am happy with the Supercuts at the one on Bonita Beach Rd and R41, they were very nice to take care of me with a short notice next time I am going back.
