This has been a total inconvenience to me with delivery. Delivery set time is between 10 AM and 3 PM. My wife and I cleared our room of our old bed to recieve our new. It is past 4 PM and I work midnight shift on my job. I called twice and now the phone is busy. No call back for ETA of our bed and I'm losing sleep. We've been searching for various pieces of furniture for a new home and decided to try this store. I even bought something. But the atmosphere was very negative and I didn't feel comfortable. Mark, who waited on me, was the only person I spoke to who didn't seem to be in competition with everyone around him.
