BSW Beauty - Blue Hill — Attraction in Boston

I needed to make this hair store for literally 3 small items that are probably all at the register or close by. I had about 3 minutes before the store actually closed which was 6pm on Sunday. Got to the door and they had already secretly locked it!! Before hand I observed two males leave the store just fine. But for me an employee threw up her hands to signal to me like it’s a wrap?? I’m looking at the time confused. The door says 6pm it’s 5:57 ? I was a quick & peaceful sale! Another lady came from behind the register just to pull the gate in front of the door and the whole time I’m thinking she’s going to be nice or just politely tell me wassup. I think it was rude! Any place of business would not allow that. I understand people want to go home but it’s not your company to make those decisions. The door should say closed at 5:57 if that’s the case! Purchased a wig for $45 today which was displayed on the head as full and thick. Once I opened the wig I immediately noticed it was only about 4-5 tracks on the wig completely different from what was advertised as you can see in the photos. When I tried to call and tell them about how the sold me the wrong cheap version of the wig they did not care at all! All they had to say was “sorry all sales are final. That’s some messed up stuff I work hard for my money and for people to be out here playing people like that is disgusting. I’d be wrong to go in the store and take it off the display head. Make sure if you ever do business CHECK THE HAIR IN THE STORE. I’m so upset but it’s okay Karma will definitely be paying them a visit. I’ll never spend my money here ever again. And I’ll find a way to report this...

To read the policy on the receipt. Make sure and read it because it is very contradictory !! Basically anything you buy in the store is nonrefundable and you can only get credit!! here is a picture!
