This review is based on the bad, overpriced salad and barely existent service. I cannot comment on their pizza. When I entered the store, there were no customers and only one pick up occurred. The girl at the front counter was looking on her cell phone, and it took a moment for her to even acknowledge me, let alone take my order. I wouldn't say she was unfriendly...just unenthusiastic. After ordering something I thought would be fairly quick (Greek salad w/extra feta), I ended up standing there for almost 20 mins before finally receiving my food. During that time waiting, I was able to view into the kitchen easily and noticed a woman leaning against the wall talking to another person. Another male employee exited and returned to the kitchen a little later. Upon his return, I overheard him saying something to the effect of "salad" to the woman in the kitchen who was seemingly doing nothing, and at which point, glanced out to me, and proceeded to hurriedly get something out of the counter fridge and put it in a bag. As it turns out, that was my salad...my pre-made salad...which then got handed off to the girl out front who was too busy folding boxes the entire time I stood there to follow up with the kitchen to check why a basic pre-made salad was taking so long. Upon receiving the salad, I asked the girl if they had added the extra feta (an upcharge of $2), to which she replied yes, but the way things had preceded, I decided to check myself. Glad I did, b/c the amount of feta in there was questionable. I'm not even sure they actually put extra feta in there. If they did, it was bare minimum. I returned to the store pointing out the small sprinkle of feta crumbs, and asked "If this is extra feta, what does regular feta look like??". She asked if I wanted some more in a side container, and I replied, "Yes, b/c I was charged extra for it." I guess it shouldve been no surprise when she came back with a small plastic condiments container half filled with tiny crumbles. As for the $13.31 salad itself, it was basic, but the cucumber slices were TERRIBLE. They were soft & soggy, with an appearance of clear jade, as if they had been frozen and then thawed out. They smelled past their prime and should not have been served. Not edible. I didn't have the time to return a third time to the store, nor did I want to engage with that type of inattentive service any further. Iwont be returning anytime soon from this experience. May or may not try their pizza down the line. It depends how hungry I am.

This review is long overdue, but I’ve been ordering from Nicole’s (South End location) for a little over a year now. Still wondering why it took me so long to find them. Their food is consistently good and fresh. Service is quick and friendly. I typically order either their chicken parm sub with fries or wing dings with a barbecue dipper and fries. I have yet to try their pizza but I’m sure I will soon. Happy to support a local business!

Found this place online via top Google reviews,. Placed my order by phone, had a great customer service experience, and even better in person. Very clean establishment with very warm and friendly professional staff. My order was perfect “Sm pizza w/mushrooms, garlic and onions”, beyond Delicious.!!! Parking is a bit difficult, but the food and service make up for it.! I’ll be back soon.😀👍🏽😎❤️

My coworkers and I ordered on a Friday night being delivered at a Boston Hospital. We placed our order online at 9:41pm. At about 11:12pm we realized there was no food, no call, no texts to communicate about our delivery. I called both numbers listed on their website after they closed in hopes they'd see someone needed to get in touch with them; but there was no answer.

Of course we were charged for the food!

Next day we inquired about our food delivery. The manager proceeded to tell me "his driver" showed him the call log showing he called many times until 10:25pm (not one call received and neither did my smart watch notify me of a call) and he left our food in the lobby.... I will say I have never had an issue with service in the hospital. I told him we never received a call. I was scolded and told "see I called in good faith and now your being defensive and calling my driver a liar", which I never did. He proceeded to tell me, "I called you back and in good faith was going to return your money because my driver did deliver it you just didnt answer your phone. He probably should have text you but we made it and it was delivered."

I never complain and am usually pretty understanding with most things in life..... but this place will never see our money again JUST for his attitude and behavior regarding this.

Oh and BTW, there was no food in the lobby when I went down after we ordered elsewhere!

Poor...

Horrible service. Unprofessional and rude customer service especially the lady on the phone. This place used to be decent like 10 years ago but not anymore. Customer service and food has changed through the years. Pizza are to greasy and delivery service is very irregular. I am giving this negative review because of a bad experience. I placed an order online on July 5, 2018 at 11:17 for my mother and payed with my credit card. The order suppose to be delivered in about 30-45 mins after getting the confirmation number. We waited for an hour and decided to called to check on it and they told me (a guy first and then a lady) they couldn’t find the order that there was nothing for that address. I gave all the information from the email and the payment confirmation because the card was charged right away. She was yelling to me that they didn’t have the order and that they dont charge right away. I told her the money was withdraw already, it wasnt saying on hold or pending. She told me it will be clear in few days or 24 hours if it says it was charged. It didn’t clear if was charged right away $19.78. So we ended up paying for something that we never received and the money was...
