Extremely disappointed. I went in there a little after 6pm knowing they closed at 6:30. The guy told me he couldn’t do hot sandwiches because he had turned off the grill which was fine because I wanted two chicken salad sandwiches anyway. He told me he had to check to see if they had it because they “make it in batches” he told me they didn’t but offered me tuna salad instead while stating he knows it doesn’t taste the same. I said no, it’s okay and was prepared to leave but then he offered to make it anyway. He said if I didn’t mind waiting 10-15 minutes and I said are you sure ? He said “yes, I told myself I would never turn down a chance to make a sandwich when I bought the place.” With that being said, I get home and to my displeasure he made me two CHICKEN CUTLET SANDWICHES instead of CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICHES. And there was no confusion on what I asked for because we held a whole conversation about it beforehand. I will not be returning. It’s very unfortunate to be a new business and already scamming potential new customers. $25 plus a $5 tip just to not get what I asked for. Beyond...

This is my neighbor hood and I’ve lived here for years!! Great place to live. I used to love this store but I have to say the treatment I received today by a lady named Andrea (older lady who came from behind where the sandwiches are made) totally unacceptable. She was beyond rude and disrespectful. I was so shocked I was so shocked I requested her to call the owner!! She replied “if you know him so much what’s his name?” I personally don’t recommend anyone to go to this store. I either will send my kids to our local stores for quick snacks. The sad part is the owner is extremely nice this employee is very rude and disrespectful. She makes you not want to even spend your hard earned money...

I had their breakfast sandwich which was a sausage, egg, and cheese with bacon on a bulkie. I was in heaven my god. I had their Italian sandwich yesterday and fell in love I almost cried. The owner is sweet and funny. I just found a little sandwich spot. Everything is fresh and cooked to perfection. I should’ve taken a picture of the breakfast sandwich but I tore that thang up. I also order an Italian for lunch I’ll try to take a picture of that. I got the sandwich and the chips with a few drinks just for $19 perfect deal lmfaooooo anywhere...
