I ended up checking out this lounge after seeing the long wait time at the Chase Lounge. It was my first time visiting, and while the space served its basic purpose, it left room for improvement in a few key areas.
To enter, guests need to scan a QR code to join the waitlist. Unfortunately, the lounge’s location seems to have spotty signal reception. My phone struggled to maintain a connection, which made the check-in process frustrating and slower than it needed to be. After finally getting on the list, I waited around 30–45 minutes to get in, not ideal given my limited time before my flight.
Like many other reviewers have noted, the food selection is limited and not particularly flavorful. I tried the rice and chicken, and while it was bland, it did the job of keeping me full for the rest of my travels. It’s clear the menu is trying to be inoffensive and universally palatable, but it comes at the cost of taste and variety.
The lounge itself is decently sized, it could easily accommodate 100 people. When I visited, it was quite busy, but I still managed to find a spot to sit and relax briefly. However, the lack of air conditioning made the space feel a bit stuffy, especially during a high-traffic time.
The staff was courteous and helpful. When I handed over my used dishes, they took them without hesitation, and I appreciated that level of attentiveness in a busy setting.
If you're looking for a quick bite and a break from the terminal chaos, this lounge can be a viable option, just manage your expectations. Improved food quality and better temperature control would go a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience. And judging by the consistent customer feedback, I’m not the only one who...
Read moreThis was my first time in this lounge. I would go again if I had a very long wait at the airport as I did this time.
It was quiet and there was plenty of seating. I ended up sitting at a table the entire time and it was pretty comfortable. There were chairs as well but I didn't sit in them so I don't know if they are comfortable.
There was a bit of food, little premade heat and serve omelettes that were ok. Basically no flavor to them. They did have some fruit cups and boiled eggs. I did not try either so I don't know how they were. They had cereal which was fine. The bananas were gross. So brown, they looked like they had even passed the time to make banana bread. I like my bananas more on the green side so maybe the brown ones weren't as bad as they looked. I did get an orange and it was fine. They had a nice selection of cold beverages. The very best thing they had was the crunchy oatmeal cookies. I generally don't care for crunchy cookies or oatmeal ones for that matter and I actually ended up eating two there and grabbed three more for the plane ride.
They had a bar set up with outlets so you could work or change your devices but some of the outlets didn't work which is why I ended sitting at a table near a wall where I found an outlet that worked.
The bathroom was disappointing. The bathrooms in the actual airport were nicer and cleaner.
Their employees working in the lounge were very efficient and helpful if you...
Read moreI am a priority pass member and I have zero troubles accessing this lounge any time day or night even with my coach class tickets. I'm in this lounge almost weekly.
The people complaining about lack of access do not understand that their own individual Priority Pass membership details constrain who/what/when you can access the lounge. My priority pass membership came as a comp via an Amex Platinum card and apparently the negotiated amex/prioritypass relationship is what allows a mere peon like me to enter the lounge with a coach class ticket. People who have priority passes issued via other methods are likely under an entirely different set of negotiated rules -- if you can't get in don't blame the lounge, blame the conditions on your priority pass!
Other stuff -- the working staff are great but I've witnessed management be loudly and verbally abusive to staff on multiple occasions while within earshot of lounge users. If they are this mean in public I'm worried what they do to their staff "in private".
Also annoys me that they refuse to recycle the huge amount of cans and bottles they generate while claiming that "airport policy" prohibits them from recycling. This does not seem .... true ... given the recycling barrels all over the airport and MASSPORTS own green policies. I've asked MassPort and Logan to clarify why the lounge claims they "cannot"...
