Had always been very happy with the store. As most people I know have. And I know alot of folks in Logan county being in business here myself for thirty years. I needed a new pair of Costa sunglasses for the lake. Bought a slightly different style than I normally buy. Took them on the lake, hated them. Called for an exchange, not refund, was told i needed the cardboard box they came in. Its gone. Got tossed out. I have the case, the receipt, and the wiping cloth. the glasses are new condition,as they are, other than worn once. Manager said no box, no exchange. That simple. I said he could have the box of the exchanged pair. Nope. My wife and I are probably average customers, 1500-1800 dollars a year. Not alot but worthy of satisfying. Mind you, I requested exchange, not refund. I was really in disbelief at the managers passive attitude. Told him they would probably lose my family, and others possibly, business. Read moreI had just bought a new pair of Timberland boots directly from the manufacturer but they were not comfortable for my feet at work which requires me to stand and walk multiple miles on concrete. I went to Nat’s and Steve O’Nan, the footwear manager suggested I try Aetrex Orthotics memory foam arch support inserts. He scanned my feet with their foot scanner and let me try two different supports. I chose the one that felt best for my feet and now my feet are happy! While the foot supports were not cheap, they were much more economical than buying a new pair of boots. Steve probably could have told me that I needed to get a better pair of boots for my feet to be comfortable and I would have had to spend about double what I paid for the inserts. But instead, Steve was aware that I was budget conscious and opted to do what was best for my feet and my wallet! Read moreRecently went to look for a new watch. Upon arrival, my wife and I were both greeted by employees asking what we needed help with. After letting them know I wanted to look at and try on a couple different Garmin products, two different employees came over and pointed out all the key features of each watch and then gave me pointers and information on different bands avaliable for the watch. We left very satisfied with the purchase and extremely happy with the level of professionalism and customer service from the employees.
