Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Bowling Green

This chipotles workers are not diligent or caring about their jobs or the quality of the food they serve. To start off, every time I have come to this chipotle, the workers rush you while creating your bowl, giving off the impression they just want you out of there ASAP. On top of that service (EVERY TIME btw), today my boyfriend and I went in and both got guac on our burrito/bowl. We bit in and notice a hard, unripe HUGE avocado chuck, I want to specify this was probably the size of half an avocado. I immediately lost my appetite. While they were making my boyfriends bowl, they accidentally spilled most of it all over the counter when she started to put it back in the bowl with her hands, she then looked at my boyfriends face and asked “Do you want me to remake that?” To which he replied yes. Her coworker turned to her and said shocked “are you really remaking that?” What a show of how unsanitary and lazy the workers are. The only good experience I’ve had there are the fountain drinks. Such a shame. I would also like to note I never leave reviews, but bad experiences have happened too many times at this chipotle for me to not. Honestly I'd give this place no stars if that was even an option. First things first I love Chipotle, i have always loved Chipotle and 9 times out of 10 I have a pretty good experience. But unfortunately this Chipotle is awful. Two weeks ago I went to Chipotle on Monday. I get a chicken bowl, white rice, sourcream, lettuce and cheese. Very simple. I've been getting this for years and two weeks ago when I order this I got food poisoning from it. I figured ok well maybe it was just my stomach and something wasn't right. So I figured I'd try it again and see if it happens again. This past Sunday I order the exact same thing. And not only did I get food poisoning I got so sick I was throwing up not even 2 hours after I ate it. Honestly I don't understand why or what about the food at this location is different. But me and the 4 people I went to Chipotle with on Sunday all got extremely sick and we're throwing up shortly after eating it. Something is seriously wrong with the Chipotle. Also if you go in and take a look around this place is so unsanitary it's unreal. I'm not sure if the cleanliness has anything to do with why we all got sick but I definitely will not be going back to this...

I go to school in town and I stop at this chipotle roughly 4 times a week because chipotle in general is my favorite restaurant. If anyone knows the first thing about this chipotle it’s me, I have tested this and I consistently stop in at random times on random days yet ALWAYS have the same experience. A horrible one. I wish I didn’t love chipotle so much so I could stop going here. Just know if you walk through these restaurant doors you WILL NOT get what you want. If there are as few as 10 people standing in line you should expect a 40 minute wait to get your food. You should expect them to be out of the majority of ingredients. I am sadly not exaggerating. One day I came in and they didn’t have chicken, steak, carne asada, OR barbacoa.....WHAT DO I GET THEN?? I don’t know how this chipotle is still running or how it consistently disappoints me but I really wish there was something more I could do about it. Just please save yourself the trouble and eat...
