Kenny's Grill &Market — Attraction in Boynton Beach

This store has recently undergone an ownership change and it has dramatically gone downhill ever since. It seems as though the people running the store have never been in the customer service business before. I went to buy some beer but the beer in the cooler did not have any pricing. I asked a nearby employee who appeared to be in charge for some pricing. She responded by telling me that I had to take everything to the front register to get the pricing. I explain that it is not the customer's responsibility to do all of the work in order to find a price. Instead of getting the pricing she got an attitude. Most of the items on the store shelves now do not have the prices displayed. I have been using the store for many years but I have now made my final visit. Their customer service is a complete failure and their attitudes are even worse. There is another Convenience store a couple of blocks down the street. That's where I'll be going...

I'm really disappointed. Kenny's has been my go-to store for 7 years since I live nearby and can walk there. The old workers and managers were like friends. They even gave me champagne every New Year's as a gift, since I'm a regular. They ALWAYS had what I wanted in stock, and they knew my habits and knew when to stock more of the products I like when I'm on a work break. Now, with the new mamagent, they're almost always out of what I need and they just flat out LIE, saying "It'll be here tomorrow". Meanwhile, what I wanted still isn't there DAYS later.
