Something has changed and it is not an improvement. I have enjoyed the food at Juiceberry, in Boynton Beach, since I discovered it 2 years ago. I have recommended this place to every person I come to contact with because of how amazing their food is, always fresh and abundant, affordable, and their staff is super happy and always ready to please you. I signed up for their weekly meal plan which is perfect for me. I couldn't be happier. Unfortunately, I cannot stay quiet any longer. In recent months there has been a big shift in food prep and quality. For example, I usually order their Baked Falafel and quinoa salad, one of my favorites. A few months ago I noticed that the food was rushed, it lacked the quality and tasted different. I know we're discussing veggies and they never taste the same, this I totally comprehend that, but, there was something else. I could not explain it and thought, "ok, maybe tomorrow will be better." Remember I am a daily customer and, no, it was not better. The next day the falafel was brittle, over bakes and some outer parts were charred and the take out portions was much less than previous orders. Okay. For two more weeks I endured their growing pains until I decided that perhaps this is no longer the place for me. I was sad, because I truly enjoyed their food. Fast forward to today, and it has been months that I have eaten there. I figured that maybe they have adjusted their new staff and food preparers and it is back to "normal," to no avail. I am so disappointed. I don't know if this review will help the owner/management pay closer attention to the food preparation, but when you are burning quesadilla wraps and chicken, and the whole thing is dry and taste awful, and your salads have become half the proportion you use to serve and ill prepared with charred, not baked, falafels, attention is mandatory or you will send the wrong message to your patrons. I love you guys, but I have to be honest here, when I mentioned something to one of your staff members she became defensive and went on about how "people complain all the time and there is nothing I can do." Well, my business is no longer welcomed there. I was ready to give the weekly food plan another go, but I had to reconsider. On a bright side, your juice and smoothies have kept consistent in quality. I really want to come back; your menu is...
Read moreSat and waited for service with no one even acknowledging us except to turn around periodically to look at us while three people stood at the same juicer and one at the to go counter who was helping everyone who came in after us. Watched several people leave with their juice while we still sat at the counter waiting for anyone to come take our order. I'll save you a trip there and suggest you go around the corner to Natural Blends instead.
**While I can understand the management's response to my review, I'm not a novice when going out in public and ordering food. Perhaps there is a sign that says, ORDER HERE, but there are a great many signs everywhere in there and trying to read the extensive menus all over the walls had my attention. Contrary to that explanation of only ordering under the ORDER HERE sign, was a guy sitting at the counter talking to one of the four women behind the counter, ordering his drinks and food from her. As there were several other stools at the counter with menus at each seat, it was logical to believe that we would be served, or at the very least acknowledged, and given the information that sitting at the counter to order dinner was not correct procedure, rather than to just turn around and watch us sitting there. I find it amusing that many of your responses to people taking the time to write a review of this location based on their poor experience is for you to be dismissive that you are instead known for your excellent service. Not according to many of your reviews. Perhaps take that into consideration to improve rather than dismiss!
I still recommend that people go about a mile and a half up the street to visit Natural Blends!! Now they have excellent customer service and delicious...
Read moreI absolutely love everything about Juiceberry, Boynton Beach. I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure and diabetes. After two years of research and studying nutrition for my personal benefit I realize how nutritionally ignorant I was, hence my condition. However, keeping up with food preparation and long work hours away from home makes this health transition quite difficult. In search of a healthy alternative and not leaving my whole paycheck at Whole Foods supermarket, I discovered Juiceberry. Wow! I am grateful for this nutritious oasis. They have this amazing meal plan: for $75 a week I have access to 10 vegan, vegetarian or Paleo meals prepared within minutes! After three months of a strict vegan (once a week I would cheat and have chicken, or pizza) I had to return to my doctor for a follow up visit and I left my doctor's office proud and accomplished, I have reversed my diabetes and lowered my bp without meds! Of course this is against my dr's orders, but he admitted that in all his years he had never seen such a drastic improvement without meds... Hehehe, I know! I am excited about the results and eternally grateful for having Juiceberry as a neighbor. Special Thank you to Victoria, Aida, Kate and Nick... please forgive me if I have not learned the names of your entire staff, but you all must know how important your work and dedication is and what it means to me and my family, you all are literally saving my life and improving the quality of life for my family. In an ideal world, it would be nice to see more Juiceberry pop up on every corner and coexist with vital and happy people. Lower blood pressure more room for happines! I...
