I do not leave reviews often but I definitely felt like I should today after how wonderful of an experience I had. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I know there are plenty of jewelers to choose from and I have bought from multiple. I originally was going to to Jensen jewelers to replace my necklace chain but no one was available at the time or very warm letting me know they would be right with me kind of thing. So I thankfully walked over to riddles and am grateful I did. I wish I got her name but there were two very kind women there and the one that helped me (my reciept says Emily so hopefully proper shout out lol) showed me a similar chain to what my original was and when I told her I was interested in other options she showed me a perfect range so I felt that I knew what was going to be a perfect fit for my pendant that contain a family members ashes so it was a very important purchase for me. She also let me know of any specials/discounts as I did mention i wasn't a Millionaire lol but quality is also important. I ended up leaving with two chains both gold and silver because she helped me with getting a great price and I never felt pressured into anything. Stacy and Julie are the two most wonderful individuals out there. They have made my husband's and I's ring shopping experience so perfect. I met Stacy when I first walked in to glance around at rings before we were engaged, and she was very attentive to what I was looking for and offered me options without being pushy (we weren't looking to buy yet). She showed me the Gabriel and Co. line, which I instantly fell in love with and went home babbling to my (now) husband about. Lo and behold, when the time came that my husband was ready to propose, Stacy and Julie helped him order and craft my dream ring, which I still proudly show off after almost 1 year of marriage (not to mention the almost 1 year of engagement). Through the whole process, I have gotten to know both Stacy and Julie better, and frequently stop in just to say hey and catch up with them. They will patiently listen to your wants and needs, and work tirelessly until they help you find the perfect ring within any budget you give them. Overall I had a pretty unpleasant experience with this jeweler. I brought in a watch there to have the movement replaced. They had it sent to someone and said it would take about 2 weeks. More than three weeks later without any response, I called and they said it JUST arrived and I should have a final quote in a few more days. A week later I call again and they say it'll be another day or two. FINALLY they call me and tell me it'll cost more than twice what they quoted me in the store to have it repaired (which was more than the watch was worth). No thank you.

The only reason I didn't give this a one or two star review is because they finally caught on to how bad the business they were giving me was, waived the estimate fee they usually charge regardless of whether a watch was repaired or not, and rushed the watch back to me in less than a week.

Perhaps their in-store service and service with actual jewelry is better, but based on my experiences with their watch guy and my initial month with little to no response from them regarding my watch, I can't recommend this...
