I wanted to like this place, and I kind of do, but I won't be returning unless some changes are made. I also wanted to leave a higher review, as our experience wasn't necessarily 'bad'.

There wasn't many people there, yet it took awhile to get a hookah Their listed selection of shisha is limited (2 brands, decent amount of flavors), but they actually had less than half of them, and it didn't seem like they were out of stock, more that they don't bother to carry it anymore. Why? Print out a new menu. It's not like you have to print 50, it's literally just a piece of paper taped to the counter Speaking of which, basically all the listed prices? Everything is higher. Why? That looks both shady and unprofessional. Print. Out. A. New. Menu. The main reason we came here was to play games. Again, listed rates are all lower than the actual price they try to charge you. And... Why? Your selection... is almost terrible for as far as games for consoles, and for PC? Basically non-existent. So good luck paying the inflated rates to sit there and spend your time downloading anything you actually want to play. And to the guy that was helping us: he is trying, but he's basically doing everything alone, and he wanted to help us more, but he didn't know the answers to the questions. If you just work there, I'm sorry, your management is failing you.

These are easily fixable...
