The man that did my 3 nails did a great job, but was rude as hell to me through the entire process! The second he found out that I had been to Color Nails he pushed my hand away and told me to go back there he nearly refused to do my nails! He went so far as to have another man come over and look at my nails and laugh at them with him! I was embarrassed and humiliated! He finished as I had complimented him all the way through and I put his tip in jar then went up front to pay. I paid then asked for his card....he actually threw his hand up at me as he turned and walked away! I've never been so insulted in my life! All I did was complement him through the entire process because he was doing such a good job, I was telling myself this is our go to place (I just decided to do mine and my granddaughters nails on a regular basis)! This man was so rude and unprofessional it was unbelievable! I've never been treated that way! If I was his boss I would have fired him on the spot, but I didn't say anything to anyone.. The ring finger and thumb had been filled by me, not a great job its been a while...The pointer, middle, and pinky fingers were done by him, he did a great job! They did a really good job on my nails. I've been going since August 6th, and the first time I got a refill, I thought I was going to get a new acrylic set. But no, they took the paint off, sanded it, reshaped the acrylic and painted them again.

Then the 2nd refill I got was about 2 weeks later, and I wanted to get a whole new acrylic set. I didn't want them rounded anymore, I wanted to try and get longer nails. I walked in and they did the SAME THING. Just sand off the paint and put another color on. What made me even more upset is that he even was wiggling my acrylics to see if they were coming off yet and one chipped at the bottom! But all they did was put the goop over it and repainted. I've been dissatisfied since my first refill. And they haven't told me how they work with replacing the acrylics or nothing. And my 2nd refill, I was ready for a whole new look. I haven't said anything because I like the store and workers. And I didn't want to be claimed rude if I said I was dissatisfied with my acrylic set. I even said on the phone. "I need a new acrylic fill, but I need a new acrylic set."

Is there something no one is telling me? It's September 19th! Where is my new...

This place is so dirty! The tools are in cups and baskets and have used polish and skin/nail residue on them. The nail dryer had sticky stuff in it and color all over it. When people would show up the techs would all look around and talk to each other rather than welcoming the person and asking how they can help. They spent more time sitting not their phones than anything else. The pedicure chair was broken. I bled quite a bit during the manicure and the technique was so bad that I can't imagine the man had any formal training. There was so much blood in the water that I was soaking my nails in! I looked for certifications, but only found what looked like licensing for 3 women. I saw no licensing info for the man nor do I know if what I saw was proper licensing for a nail tech. By far the worst service I've ever had. I can't imagine this place doesn't give people infections. ...
