GameTime Pizza Buffet & Arcade — Restaurant in Branson

Came for local's appreciation yesterday, 5-2-24, We came after lunch rush about 1:30ish. First impressions weren't great....guy behind the counter at front was talking on a Bluetooth device and I wasn't sure when we first got in who he was talking to...he preceded to be on his phone the whole time. When my husband went to the bathroom, the worker was vaping in the men's restroom. The floor was sticky by the food bar, and there was no ice in the ice/soda machine. One other thing was that the chicken tasted different like it was soaked in some weird solution before being put on the pizza. Lastly, my cup had a crack, leak in it. Thankfully, it was just water, no big deal on it's own but everything together it was just one more thing. Now, for the good parts, they offered to make any pizza fresh, and the hot and fresh pizzas were reasonably good, except the chicken topping. They did have a salad bar, that was nice. The Arcade seemed reasonably priced and none of the Arcade games seemed to be out of order. It's definitely no Pizza Ranch, but it's not pizza ranches' price either. For the price I guess the quality isn't the worse...

My family and I went Saturday afternoon. The price seemed a little high but we went with it as the photos on the website looked good. My first clue that it wasn’t going to go well was when I was unable to get a receipt again I chalked that up with it’s new maybe there was a slight glitch on the machine and moved on. There was little to no pizza available and we were told we could order a speciality pizza which we did. While waiting the kids grabbed what little pizza was available and I a salad. The salad tasted ‘off’ and almost sour. After about 20 mins I went a checked on the pizza we ordered and it was forgotten about. Accidents happen, no worries. They rushed it. Once we finally got a pizza that the kids were interested in we were met with disappointment in the quality and taste. We just gave up and left. Unfortunately the lack of quality in the food hit the entire family shortly there after. Hours spent at the hotel...

This was good fun! The staff is phenomenal. My wife and kiddo were the only couple in the restaurant, so initially we were concerned about the food not being fresh. The pizza was hot, and the crew were so kind and happy to ask about cooking up any fresh pizza we would like to try. So kind! Cheesey bread was delicious. Pasta isn't quite up to par, but, when paired with Alfredo sauce on a Mac & Cheese pizza, it was enjoyable.

The arcade was fairly priced at $1 (4.0 credits) per game. The prizes available are cool for very young kids. It could be spiced up with fresh candy, animal mini figures, bouncy balls, or a hacky sack.
