Stopped in here on a whim while at the mall. There was a 75% discount going on for their anniversary apparently. When first greeted I felt as tho the sales rep was showing me some great prices and discounts, the first bracelet she showed me she said was $1250. once she found out I’d be paying in full and in cash I felt a shift in the demeanor and the prices. She literally gave me 2 different price quotes for the same bracelet, one before she knew my means and one after. The next time I came back to that same bracelet later in the day the price was now $1600. She must have made a mistake she said. I felt a push towards the more expensive items, I’m literally just looking for something my girlfriend would love not to fill the sales reps pockets with money. Whatever I came back later and made a purchase. While looking for something for myself I purchased what I thought was a white gold necklace at 75% off for $750. Great deal. Was my mistake I guess I misunderstood what was shown to me. when I looked at the receipt a few days later turns out it was silver. A silver necklace for $750 at 75% off? That must be a joke. I was completely ripped off. I’m sure I did not receive the 75% discount for the other necklace I bought but she loves it so it’s not about the money it’s the principle. Returned to exchange this silver thinking I’d just exchange and go ahead and pay the difference on the bracelet I was looking at for her only for the bracelet to now be $600 more than I was told a week prior and the third different price I was told for the same exact bracelet 🤦🏻♂️ only giving two stars because my girl liked what I got but this experience was horrid and I felt extremely messed with especially when they found out I’d be paying in full in cash. You lost a very loyal customer who would have bought quite a lot for...
Read moreWent in yesterday to Brea, Kevin’s Jewelers. And could not believe how rudely I was treated. I had a lower budget as college student trying to buy something nice for my older sister’s bridal shower, and felt judged because of that since the associates wouldn’t be getting a “higher sale.” The lady was able to help me find something I liked, but I had to keep asking her for more options. She would show me one option in my budget range, and I would constantly have to ask her “do you happen to have anything else” which she rolled her eyes too and gave an attitude as though she didn’t want to help. At checkout, I mistakenly picked the wrong necklace and asked the associate helping me if she knew which heart necklace it was. She gave me no response because it was an hour to closing, and she seemed to be doing her closing work, to which me and my partner I came in with stood awkwardly in silence. I asked her again and she didn’t respond, and finally on my third ask she responded with “I don’t know I showed you so many…” in a very rude tone. We did end up finding the right necklace, only at checkout to have both associates whispering in front of me instead of even acknowledging me standing right in front of them. Worst part about all this, is they seemed to be the management of this store. Safe to say, I tried to return the necklace, and rather went to a jewelry store that actually wanted to help me. And would highly recommend to anyone to stay away from this jewelry store, at least this location, if you don’t know much about jewelry and want to be helped to find the right item. These two ladies that help me clearly didn’t care, and for them to be...
Read moreKevin’s jewelry’s Santa Anita Westfield mall Arcadia. By far the absolute worst customer service ever. I received a bracket fir xmas not my style trying to exchange it was ridiculous. After a long run around with the sakes people I had to call the person that have it to me for the price he paid. I exchanged it fir another bracelet that I never put on. A few weeks later went to wear it and the tiny cheap lobster clasp was missing it’s closing part. I never even wore it.
Went back in and they started talking about the warranty and how I was going to have to pay 80 dollars to repair it. I never even wore it! I was 5 days past thirty. I’m a widow with two kids working full time, the mall is not even on my radar. No time.
“Oh come back tomorrow to see the manager” , they said. I asked if they could call a manager and they said no it was against store policy.
Then they did call a manager (against store policy) and there solution was to get it to the jeweler for repair and let me know how much it would cost to repair. Again I never even wore it. They had another one in the case they easily could have swapped it out for me. So two trips to the crazy mall , what a waste of time.
Never shop here please. Horrible scammy price...
