I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service from this location! My family and I went to have dinner on Friday Night and when we arrived there was a lot of people just standing around the cashier area highly confused as to all the dinning area tables were being taken out of the restaurant to an outside area and when we reached the cashier area we were asked if we were all together because there was nowhere to sit our party as they had a huge party of 80 they were setting up for and they put us aside and were letting other people behind us come to the front to order as they were parties of 2-4 but that was not fair at all as it was the same thing as trying to accommodate our party. & when i asked to speak to the person in charge i asked why were we not allowed to be helped but others were and she simply said it is first come first serve yet we were there first and they were attending people that were in line behind us! So we were denied seating and we were not able to place an order then they said yes you can order but you will have to wait until we make the food for the party of 80 in front of you! Alsooo! I called a different location to see if they can fit us in and they said we can't take reservations it's a first come first serve situation so how is it that they can reserve a whole area for 80 people but couldn't accommodate us! I am really dissatisfied and disappointed because i really enjoy eating here but after this bad experience it doesn't give me any hopes of going back anytime soon. Supper bad coordination of the employees and the manager was no help at all she's pregnant and she just looked ready to go home and rest... If the staff isn't well trained to take on such a task of attending a party of 80 & attend the oncoming people coming to enjoy a dinner then don't take the last minute task of attending a...

2 stars because the food was good. If this is your first time be ready. If you can study the menu ahead of time on-line, I recommend doing so. You place your order at the counter before you sit down so that means you're reading the menu (basically a pamphlet) at the entrance, and although there is no pressure, it seems to put you in a rush as you're sitting on a bench by the door as people walk by. We ordered a small pasta dish - which as we discovered when ordering, comes with no sides, so a salad and bread sticks were added $$. Also ordered 1/4 chicken and ribs which does come with sides. After ordering we chose a table. It's self seating so you wonder around looking for a table instead of being seated, no big deal. Moments later, the first thing to arrive at our table was the pasta dish which is odd as it would have been nice to have the salad first. So the pasta is now getting cold as it was delivered first all by itself. Then the beer and wine was delivered followed by the salad. The chicken and ribs were brought to the table and the ribs were cold to the touch. Each time something was brought to the table there was a different person bringing it to the table which I guess is part of their automation but that process takes some of the comfort out of the dining experience. The place was extremely busy and although things were a bit strange compared to the way most restaurants function and despite the food being cold, I think if we go again, we'll...

My family and I came here to celebrate our kids school certificate. We had a party of 6 and arrived around 615pm. Upon arrival we were observing many of the tables being drug around and placed outside along with all chairs. When we were called to order we were told “we’re prepping for a party of 80 so it’s going to be a wait”. I saw several tables empty and some extra chairs that would easily accommodate my family and I. We were then told we would be sat and have no issue with being served. After a bit of back and forth with the manager we were ultimately told we would have to sit in separate booths and would be put on a waiting list to order food due to the party of 80. This party of 80 had not even arrived yet by the way. This place is so disorganized so mismanaged and the customer service is down right horrible. During the whole fiasco of trying to figure out of this giant restaurant could seat 6 people there were many families which were white that were allowed to be seated. I’m not sure if it’s because my family and I are Mexican in a predominantly white area but we were treated terribly by the workers here. They really showed us that service workers now a days could careless about quality professionalism and being nice to customers. I’ve written the corporate office with ZERO reply which tells me this company must be very used to having these issues and just staying silent. I’ll write a review in every single site I know to keep people from...

Stonefire Grill – Fountain Valley! If you’ve never been, here’s how it works & what we ordered. Food was delicious as always! Great spot for family dinner, quick service, and big portions. Save this for your next OC food stop. #FountainValleyEats #OrangeCountyFoodies #StonefireGrill #FamilyDinnerSpots #SoCalRestaurant

We recently dined at this restaurant for the first time, and I must say it was a truly disappointing experience. The food was shockingly tasteless, leaving me wondering if any seasoning had been used at all. To make matters worse, our orders were delivered at staggered times, so by the time some of us received our meals, others were almost finished eating. The unsanitary condition of the restaurant was evident from the moment we walked in, as there were numerous flies buzzing around the dining area. It's quite uncomfortable trying to enjoy a meal while constantly swatting away flies. What truly baffled me was the lack of basic eating utensils. We had to actively search for forks, knives, and spoons, as they seemed to be in short supply. This kind of oversight is simply unacceptable and shows a lack of attention to detail on the part of the staff. As if the poor quality of the food and the hygiene issues weren't enough, the prices were exorbitant. I expected to pay a premium for a dining experience, but the prices here were way beyond reasonable, especially considering the lackluster food and overall experience. All in all, our first visit to this restaurant will certainly be our last. I cannot recommend it to anyone based on my experience. It's a shame that what could have been an enjoyable dining experience turned out to be such a disappointment. We left after eating just half and went to In-and-Out.

If you’re looking for a quick and easy family meal, Stonefire Grill in Brea has some hidden options worth knowing about. I recently ordered the Stimulus Package, which includes a whole chicken OR a 1/2 tri tip (about 8 slices), a medium salad, 8 breadsticks, and a 12” two-topping pizza. It’s not something you’ll see on the regular menu. You’ll need to add any item to your cart online, then scroll down to the Family Picks section at checkout to find it. (See video) I placed my order online and the process was smooth. Pickup was fast, and the staff was friendly and helpful, which made the experience easy. There are several family package and Limited Time Offers, which are convenient when you need to get dinner on the table quickly. That said, they are on the pricier side for what you get. The flavors were just okay. It honestly reminded me of an upscale cafeteria meal. Not bad, but not something that really stood out. Overall, Stonefire’s family packages are a good choice when convenience matters most, but if you’re looking for bold flavors or value, you might leave a little underwhelmed.
