On Saturday, June 21 I walked into the store around 5 o’clock. At the time 3 employees were standing talking at the counter. Not one employee recognized my existence and one employee, I believe was a manager. She continued to talk nonstop to the other two employees all about the Hallmark history of this store I guess, and then she went on to discuss how long she’d been there that day, and that she needed to go home and make dinner for her family and how much she hated cooking dinner. Really!!! I was wishing she would just shut up!! I wondered around the whole store. One male employee named Chris even walked by me twice! He never said a word. No one asked if I needed anything, they never addressed me until I walked up to the counter to checkout. They did not like the fact that I pointed out that neither had even greeted me. As I walked out Chris, sarcastically wished me a good day and then laughed at his co-worker. Wow!! Are we two years old!! I will never be back and will also mention this to numerous friends who are patrons of this Hallmark store.
