This is the third time we have visited this location and had a bad experience. First visit, we were told AFTER we paid that there was high capacity and kids could only jump in two areas. We chose to leave and were given vouchers to return the next day earlier in the day as advised by staff. Returned the next day at 10am to again pay and then be told about high capacity. We chose to stay this day as the kids were unhappy about having to leave again. While we were there we seen a lot of parents but not a lot of jumpers and certainly not enough jumpers to limit where the kids could jump. Spoke to the manager about this and was given permission for the kids to jump in all areas since they were accompanied by adults. Returned yesterday and again, nobody at the door said anything about limited areas for smaller kids, paid AND THEN we were told that one of the kids would only be able to access certain areas. Since we had already paid we decided to stay. In the designated areas, there was no supervision by staff. Older kids and adults were in, and playing in, 6 and under areas but yet my child was not allowed in other areas. Spoke to the manager again and he addressed the adults in the kids areas and placed a person to monitor. I have several complaints but unable to locate any information for a corporate office. This "kiddie" process is ridiculous and not very well managed. Signs can't be placed about high capacity? Staff can't say anything about this policy before the patron pays? Kids areas not being monitored? Pay the same price and be told you can't access the whole area? Somebody needs to address this issue at a higher level and implement a more common sense policy.

Recently, this location has banned children ages 6 and under from jumping in the free jump area, which is the largest actual trampoline section in the entire facility. The reason given is that too many children were getting hurt. Every person who jumps on the trampoline is already required to sign liability releases. The only reason kids are getting hurt in the big area is because the staff are not enforcing already existing rules and are allowing larger children to play irresponsibly and dangerously around everyone else. We have a membership for our 3 year old. This entire time she has been allowed to jump in the large free jump area. We went this past Sunday and I paid extra to jump with her. On several occasions throughout the two hours we were there, the open jump area was empty. We tried jumping together on one square and were told every time that we had to leave the area. Try explaining to a 3 year old who has previously been allowed, and had fun doing so, that they can’t jump in the main area of the facility. Seriously considering canceling our membership and taking our business elsewhere. It’s not fair to punish membership holders who follow the rules, especially those whose parents supervise and jump with them. *** UPDATE *** Pictures below are from last weekend. No one in the large pit but under 6 was still not allowed to jump because “big kids are in the building.”

We will be canceling our membership and I highly recommend that anyone with children under the age of six cancel their membership. Recently, this location has banned children's 6 and under for jumping in the free jump area. The reason given is that too many children were being injured by bigger kids. Every person who jumps on the trampoline is already required to sign liability releases. The only reason kids are getting hurt in the big area is because the staff are not enforcing already existing rules and are allowing larger children to play irresponsibly and dangerously around everyone else. Furthermore, one of the other largest sections of the facility, which is the obstacle course, is essentially injuries waiting to happen. On two sides you're facing a 10-ft drop straight to concrete if the kids go over the edge. There is nothing preventing the kids from going off of the edge. My family has really enjoyed coming here and we're going to be sad to no longer bring the kids here. But if my children are facing penalties about what they can and can't do because the staff aren't doing their jobs and aren't trying to make sure the area stays safe. Then there's no reason for me to keep paying the money.

PLEASE READ!!! Up until the last couple of times I would have given this 4-5 stars. My daughter and I use to go here all the time. But the last time we were here we were told she wasn’t allowed on the big area because she was under 6, I spoke to the employee about it and after measuring her they saw she was over 42 inches tall and she was allowed in the larger area. THIS IS WHERE IT GETS GOOD - today we were told that she wasn’t allowed in it regardless of height due to safety reasons and the age difference. We could only go to the small area over to the left and to the 6 and under dodgeball area. We went in there and were playing and a “child” he was literally the size of me came in and threw a dodge ball full force and hit her in the face… In an area we were just told we had to stay in due to her being so young. I’m not saying actions were any better because I did promptly pick a dodge ball up and threw one right back in his face. As any protective father would. And had a few choice words for his mother that witnessed the entire thing. We also went up front and spoke to a manager who did try to rectify the situation by making them leave but at that point I was so mad that we left because why should we be limited to such a small area and I have to pay full price for myself to play with my child in a kids area “so she’s safe and away from the larger kids” and then she get hit in the face with a dodge ball by a kid the size of a full grown man. If these BS rules are going to be enforced on small children they need to be enforced on all children. But instead the employees are too worried about making sure there’s not small kids on the big trampolines. We will not be returning at least for a year and a half to where my daughter is old enough to go to the...

My boyfriend and his daughter go here all the time, she LOVES jumping. She is 4 but already the size of a 6 year old and meets the height requirement for the free-jump area. Just today there has been a female worker chasing kids around and measuring how tall they are (told my partner and his daughter they had to leave the area) if not meeting the height requirement they were kicked off of free-jump. My partner had his daughters height checked and she was cleared to jump. He went to seek out the manager because the worker continued to harass children in the area, telling them to get off the same trampolines etc. Mind you, everyone has to sign a waiver in order to play here in the instance of injuries happening. He found the manager in the little kids dodgeball area kicking those children out. The reasoning? They are kids and it was an area for littles, where non were present or even attempting to be at that time. Those children did the right thing by ensuring no itties wanted to play there before they took the opportunity to have fun themselves. It had never been like this before today and we don’t know what has changed, they are about to lose a lot of business.

Do not go here with your children if you intend to have fun, your children will be told by numbers of staff to stop having fun or be kicked out of areas for any reason they deem that day. I feel so sorry for the children and other families present today. Apparently this issue started about a month ago.

We will...
