Marshalls — Local services in Bristol

I was shopping in the store on 6/25/24 around 1pm and the employees were trying to tear down and put up new racks for the shoes and purses. They were yelling and arguing back and forth and banging and crashing metal pieces around very loudly, on top of that purse alarms were going off. I have sensory issues when it comes to very loud sudden noises and it didn’t seem very appropriate for them to be doing this in the middle of the day while the store was full of customers. This should have been done after store hours or before. Not only was it inappropriately loud but also someone could have gotten hurt. I will have PTSD for years to come after this shopping experience at Marshall’s at the Pinnacle on 12/5/24. What a nightmare. The aisles are so tiny that two people can’t fit at the same time, so I really wasn’t able to look at anything because I kept having to move so someone else could come down the aisle. It’s less than 3 weeks til Christmas and they had two or three registers open, so the line to pay was stretched out to the back of the store. I stood in line for over an hour. They should have had all 6 of those registers open and all hands on deck, maybe if they weren’t so worried about getting people to open credit cards it would move along faster. Clean. Hand sanitizer & masks sat on table at front entrance. Employees had masks on & some even gloves. Found 2 cute shirts and some really good high end makeup for cheap! The husband got 3 pairs of Champion sweats and an insane deal on a Mens VERSACE cologne set. 3piece for 34.99. Full size cologne, deodorant & shower gel! These will be good for 🎄🎁!
