LOVEEEED this store!! First time ever going in!! It would ABSOLUTELY have been 5 stars if the employees on shift/duty had not only completely ruined the first visit into Boot Barn but they completely ruined both mine and my best friends entire day and we left the entire Pinnacle from there!! For whatever reasons these employees, 3 women, were literally in our faces watching as if we were Stealing, they followed us the first 20mins like that and even tried to take the items I was holding wanting to put them on the counter𤏠seriously?? It was one of the most insulting experiences I have ever had to endure. My best friend was exchanging clothes that were birthday gifts to the accurate sizes. First the girl ringing us up at the counter had the most ridiculous over the top reaction to not having our receipt. She immediately began to start saying that she couldn't do anything without one and I quickly shut her down and told her to put the phone number in it would pull it right up as she very well knew. After the several minutes it took her to actually stop walking away from us repeatedly to add up the clothing on a calculator by the way, and informed us we could go look now? Uh how much is it? She actually said I don't know hang on and puts whatever in the calculator and tells us it's 180ish. So our store credit we were owed yesterday was 180ish yall.    Read moreI had gone here to check on another brand nocona. My wife had purchased me a pair of Dan Post earlier in the week which were to large. I figured why I was there I would check on the brand nocona. Anyway after been recognize by your employee from a distance of approximately 50 yards and wearing a face cover it was quite hard to understand what she was saying. Anyway after going to her I asked about the nocano. She said that they do not sell in the store so I left it at that. I had gone online to see what I was interested in. One question are all nocano brands soft leather or what ever is used? Will let me get back to the employee she was not very forth coming with information about the products. Horrible website and horrible customer service. Had to place an order by phone due to website issues. Received text and email stating that my order was ready to be picked up at the Bristol TN. location. THEY KNEW NOTHING ABOUT MY ORDER!! Their system showed no record of the order being placed. They tracked down part of the order that was at the store but I am still waiting on the rest of it. Customer service has been no help at all in trying to find the rest of my order. They say it was delivered to the store that in turn says they do not have it. Called the store 3-4 days ago and talked to a manager that said she would call me back. I'm still waiting on...
