Read moreStill ok, but I miss malls where you could stay inside and shop instead of going to most places by car (though Bass Pro's setup does make sense as it is an outdoor store and is well designed). Panda Express gave me the absolute worst fortune cookies I have ever had (very stale, chewy, like styrofoam), some parts of the overall Pinnacle facility are already showing a bit of age after a little over a decade as well (movie theater has some outside facade issues among other things, but let's be real, with both Bristols' history of building and then doing little to maintain the buildings (like with the old Bristol Mall on the Virginia side) this is no surprise to me). Was generally better pre pandemic as the first five years or so seem to be where it peaked. It feels as if it is past that peak now. Read moreThis place has a very wide array of selections. It's a truly welcoming experience although it is quite crowded. Most of the stores I went into had very nice prices and employees save for a few. There were several stores that didn't have the capacity for more visitors and there were lines surrounding the parking lot. The music in the area was obnoxious and so loud you couldn't have a conversation. And there was a group of people who kept approaching us after we said we weren't interested asking us to buy posters to fund their church. It made it a bit unpleasant and downright annoying sometimes. Otherwise it's not a bad place to visit and I would recommend looking around if you want a...
