Odd Logic — Attraction in Bristol

Even though I'm local and this brewery has been here for 6 years this is my first time. I had no idea it was completely redone in the beginning of this year. I drive by here all the time and it never looked like it was being worked on. To begin, the inside looks remarkable! Awesome artwork everywhere you look. You know it has great vibes! Plenty of tvs to watch. I'm sure requests are taken for your sports team. Huge outdoor space. I nice loft type seating area as well. Part of the rework is a kitchen was added. I had no idea so I ate before I came. Next time, I'll eat here. The menu looks interesting. Soon they'll have all taps available. I can't wait to try more of their beers. They'll be distilling as well, shorty. It'll have it all! The cocktails all sound delicious but I need to drive home. Haha I will for sure come back to review food and cocktails. Came here for a quick beer in between basketball games, and I’m glad I stopped by. Cute little place tucked into a small plaza with outdoor seating and umbrellas — the kind of hidden gem that feels like a lucky find. I think they’re in the middle of transitioning to a new license, but everything still felt smooth and welcoming.

I sat down and ordered their hazy IPA — What a Time to Be Alive. Great name, and even better beer. It had that soft mouthfeel and low bitterness that make hazy IPAs so easy to enjoy, a shame I could only have one before heading out.

Don’t let the external warehouse building look first impression goof you…this place makes great beer, their staff is fun & knows their stuff! Was our 4th stop during our annual brewery tour among a group of 4 guys who have past history brewing our own stuff, and hands down this was the best beer + vibe! As Darkness Fall Stout..focused on being a great stout, not a receptacle for different flavors/additives. Sounds in Color great hazy IPA…in that it has right amount of taste and haze…not over the top on either.
