It's convenient being close to home but you definitely have to check the dates when buying food and another thing that they do at this store is when they have baked sweet goods it has the sticker for when it was packaged and the sell by date well what they do is put another sticker on top of that with a new packaged date and sell by date saying it was packed that day and it's already a week old and the new sticker says another week so the baked goods are old trying to extend it and lying about the package date WOW what people will do to make money. You can find what I'm talking about on the sale self near the small shopping carts inside the store and every single thing on the sale self is all outdated and some things are as old a couple months. Most places will donate slightly outdated items to food pantries lol not this place. I even took a picture of the 2 stickers on the baked goods that aren't so...

I just moved into this neighborhood in May and decided finally try this place out while on my way to Giant. WHAT A MESS of EVERYTHING inside the store! First, you'll see bananas half rotten @ .69 per pound and everything else in the "so-called" store didn't even need a chance. I told the owner (cashier) his bananas were bad and also overpriced. His response was: "Too bad for you." I didn't need to check anything else out and the store smelled like bad groceries & meat. BTW: There were no cars on the parking lot which I've noticed time & time again but thought I'd give it a try. ALSO there were NO customers looking to buy anything. I'm thinking--AFTER I PULLED out of the small hole infested parking lot that shouldn't pass inspection I figured it's DEFINITELY A DRUG DEALING ESTABLISHMENT with a front that won't attract anyone but...

Just stopped in to get change for the bus. So asked the cashier can I have change when she opened her register? She said "oh I'm not opening it"..ok I understand because the lady was paying with her card. So she watched me grabbed a bag of chips,when I came back to the register she said "I don't think my manager will let me give you change if you wanted to wait till they come back" I said what I'm buying something. This girl looked around before she ringing me up,checked my 5 dollar bill then had an attitude when I asked to break a dollar for the bus. She huffed as she grabbed 2 quarters and 5 dimes then recounted the 3 single dollar 3 times before handing it to me..but the way she dropped the change in my hand made it crystal clear. I won't...
