First time visiting. They did say thanks but it didnt seem like they really cared much at all that i stopped by. Bad timing perhaps? 530 on aTuesday... Not enough employees in the store to handle a small amount of customers. Not a lot of inventory.. low on stock but what they did have was a nice selection.. I do not like thier packaging.. poorly designed bags.. The store was beautiful inside. Customer service left much to be desired but to be fair they were understaffed. Not a fan of rushing to order items but then having to wait for them to be filled in the back and then going back through the line again to pick up and pay for the items. Not a fan of that process.. its a bad business practice in my opinion. The flower was good as expected, the pricing was fair and competitive. Next visit ill be excited to try some new vendors that I have not yet tried. Overall the store has potential and they seem to be working on some changes.. this could be a transitional period.. I love Brockton, I love shopping in Brockton, and I love the vibe that I feel while I am shopping in Brockton. The vibe was not present today during my visit. Oh, the joy of multitasking! I popped into this dispensary expecting a quick and smooth transaction, but alas, my experience turned into an unexpected episode of âWorkplace Drama Live.â The budtender and manager chose the most opportune moment to negotiate some pressing issuesâright when the lady with the pink hair was supposed to go on break.
The highlight? Their high-stakes discussion through a tiny hole in the wall while both were awkwardly bent over. It was like watching a bizarre puppet show, but without the puppets. I stood there, a humble customer, contemplating my life choices as they passionately debated. Eventually, I had to awkwardly interject, âHey, do you need a moment? I can come back another time so you can sort this out.â
On the bright side, the pink-haired lady was super friendly, wiped down and sanitized the counter, and really knew her stuff about the products. Clearly, she just wanted to voice her concerns but picked a timing that was, letâs say, not ideal for customer satisfaction. If they could just schedule their soap operas outside business hours, this place would easily get 4 stars.

They have an educated budtender on the floor to help you choose what you're looking for. These budtenders really help people make an educated purchase and answer all questions. Their online ordering system is very smooth and they will contact you if the product is not available otherwise they will send you a confirmation text to pick it up.
