Frost Arena — Attraction in Brookings Township

Game was great. Leaving the Arena Royally SUCKED. I have low mobility; I use a cane and have a hard time walking long distances. When I left the stands, I could not find a single sign to help me locate where the parking side exits were. I ended up walking the outer hallway ALL THE WAY around the Arena before I finally found the Northeast exit (not labeled of course) then I had to walk outside to the Southeast exit in order to find the handicap parking. No one was around to direct me where to go, which way to go, or just around to look for lost people. I refuse to return to the Arena until they make an effort to put up directions, or at least some signs to direct people to the various exits. People who run these events always assume everyone is able to find their way with no help because they have been there 100 times before. Well, I'm sorry that this is the first time I have ever been here. But I am sure it will be my last. Could you at least put up a sign that gives the cardinal directions in the arena, so we know which corner to head for. If you have no idea what I am talking about, try North, South, East , and West, or maybe SE exit, NE exit, West exit with an arrow next to it. If it is not clear, I am angry and very frustrated with the facility design and management in general. What if there was a fire. People would end up circling the random hallways with no hope. I am interested in finding out if this might be a law violation for large volume facilities. Would it take a lawsuit to get anyone to listen. If I don't get a prompt response to this complaint, I probably need to bring it up...

The SD FFA state conversation was held the for 3 days, and it was a georgous building. The seating was more then accommodating for at least 2000 people. How to blast the whole time and could not have picked a better place to host it. The screens in lights and sound was amazing, very well set up. Loved the whole...

Our family attended the Duke vs SDSU Women's Basketball game. Wonderful venue. Sounds was fantastic, seating areas very clean, bathrooms nice and lots of options for food and drinks. If we lived closer, we'd have...
