Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Brookings Township

I've only eaten here a few times, and most have them have been good experiences. Today was disappointing. Can you guys please ask if your customers would like cream cheese on their bagel/sandwich? Especially if it's a sandwich that doesn't normally come with cream cheese? You don't list all of what is on your sandwiches on the menu, so if something doesn't come with cream cheese at a bagel place, you should be asking. Also, I requested the bagel toasted. It came out like warm and tasting microwaved I stead of toasted. It was disappointing. Amazing food and very friendly staff. They are constantly dealing with morning rushes full of college students and still manage to keep their heads. The place itself is beautiful with wide windows, comfortable seating, and a fireplace, but in the mornings it is usually packed (and for good reason)!
