Worst experience Iāve ever had with a cell phone store in over 30 years. Iāve been lied to about how much my monthly bill was going to be. I was lied to about how much my four new iPhones would cost monthly. (Business plan). We had a warranty claim with one of our new iPhones and they sent our replacement (refurbished) phone to another state. Itās now been two weeks and still no new phone that they promised would be here in two business days. Five trips to the store now to straighten this out and each time is at least an hour. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE Update: I was told last week that I would receive a call by Monday 8/14/23 at the latest regarding our iPhone warranty replacement. Waited ALL day and no call. 8/15/23 still no call, no phone 8/16/23 Making a SIXTH trip back to the store today. Sam the manager helped me today. Verizon sent my phone to the wrong address AGAIN out of state. I was able to get an IPhone 8 loaner phone while we wait for another phone call from Verizon tomorrow. Weāll see. 8/17/23 5:00PM Was supposed to get a call from Verizon at 2:00PM today. Once again no call. Back to the store going around and around. Verizon says they will call me again tomorrow. I will NEVER use VERIZON again after I pay my phones off. Canāt wait to switch to another provider. 8/21/23 Been working with Joel who has been trying to help me. Iām told Verizon corporate has outsourced work two months ago out of the country. Now theyāre having problems. With that said, Iām here sitting in the store for the eighth time still trying to get a warranty replacement phone. Itās now been a whole month. Was just told by Verizon I need to wait two more days because their system wonāt allow them to ship me a new phone. They literally said āthereās nothing we can do except wait for 48 hours more and see if something changes in our system.ā 8/23/23 Back again in the store. 9th time. Been here for 45 minutes so far and weāve had two Verizon corporate reps never came back while we were on hold. Now onto the third one. Unbelievable. So after an hour and a half Verizon canāt help me. The rep in the store Joel who really tried to help me said I should drive to Sioux Falls an hour from my house and have Apple help me...

They made it clear what any delays were and what options I had to get around them or to deal with them. All the associates were young, but very respectful and tried to be as honest and fair with me as possible.
They helped me deal with Verizon's customer service and got me past some account errors on Verizon's side with a lot less hassle than if I had to do it myself.
I sent back an old phone that died on me, got my warranty replacement, and got an upgrade to a new phone over the course of a couple weeks with a country wide polar vortex affecting everything. It was a lot more difficult than I would have liked due to weather and corporate verizon, and I probably got to known literally everyone at the store, but all the representatives made it...

She showed me the Samsung watches, told me about the differences and that I could turn my old watch in for a money off my new watch. Looked at the watches they had in stock, and ended up buying one. She helped me set my new watch up, assisted me with my google account, which i never use and didnt know that password to, so she did that for me. Bless her heart! I would go to Haleigh B.
