Love the fact this carwash washes the underneath of your car. This car wash does a great job of washing your vehicle. Keep in mind if your vehicle looks like a gravel pit it's not going to make it spotless, no car wash will. Never had an issue with the dryer cutting out early as mentioned in other review, gives you the perfect amount of time, again not going to get it completely dry, really no dryer will. Paid for the Gold wash. The undercarriage wash finished as only half of my vehicle had made it past the jets. The main body wash jets associated with different stages of the wash did not all work. Half the vehicle was Rain-Xed, the other half wasn't. The spot free rinse didn't work at all. There was no beading of water. The air dryers were completely ineffective. They did not push water off the vehicle at all. My vehicle now has water streaks all over it. I'll have to try to find a hand wash facility where I can get a better job done. Bozieds is top notch - I was there a few years back and I even worked for Bozieds Amoco back in the day while attending SDSU. They truly care about their customers and after reading some of the negative posts I wonder why someone after having a bad experience just kindly go to whoever was on site or just go into the Shell Station and tell someone about it and what happened.
