I read reviews and came to give this place a chance as a new customer . Unfortunately I will not return and I’m disappointed with service. I normally don’t write bad reviews, but as someone in the service industry be cautious . I asked for eyebrow threading and to just clean up, mid way through she asked if I wanted them tinted (which made me nervous) and Midway through she asked if she can do around my forehead I said, sure (I've never been asked this before). I asked her to let me see my Brows first and then I’ll decide if I'll do the tint. When seeing how thin and uneven they were (which I told her nicely I was not happy with them) I agreed to have them tinted. Places I’ve gone to in past has pricing posted and/or disclosed them. Maybe it's my fault I should have asked, but again someone in the service industry I disclose information and always go above for new clientele. I only seen threading was $15 and when she mentioned forehead and tint she never disclosed additional fees (especially knowing I was not happy with my brows) and I also nicely said they are too thin so yes please tint, she was aware. Needed to kill three hours while on a business trip with my husband. Found this place literally right next to the movie theater. Scheduled a facial. I've had a lot of facials and been to some really high-end spas. This place is no-frills but Rania did a great job. I was skeptical about the technique at first but the after-effects were amazing. My face glowed for days. Rania also suggested brow and lip threading as well as brow tinting. I had a microblading procedure in the past but I had never been threaded before and I thought my hairstylist was doing a pretty good job with waxing, but Rania's expertise was clear. I had a terrible experience today, the lady tried to overcharge me for having “thick” eyebrows. My eyebrows aren’t even thick. I have been to location multiple times and was never told anything like that. The lady told me after two weeks it is an extra fee. Since when ?? It takes over a month for my hair to even start to grow back ?? How would she even know when I came in. I asked her to show me that in writing and she simply could not.
